- Great hotel for families, very calm location close to the big Berwang ski area (2 minutes drive by car, also reachable by walk). Nice swimming pool mainly used by children, good meals and in house brewed beers.

Cons -
- Staff were rude. When we arrived, reception was closed, and there was no one to help us with check-in. After 8 hours of driving, it took us almost an hour to find someone for check-in and find the room. Our room was basic, and we had to call to have the basic things. Music of the bar was very loud till quite late, and I had to make some calls and beg them to make it a bit less than my son could sleep. I am not sure if I will book this hotel if I ever be in that area or recomm that to someone else.

beautiful located.Did select the hotel for ski in ski out, but this was not possible due to the connecting lift from Berwang did not run (closed due to snow conditions).Staff is very friendly and take care of their guests
The entertainment was fun! The dancing was great! The rooms are beautiful. We enjoyed breakfast.

Comfortable but a little old fashioned rooms. Friendly and courteous staff. Special meal requests are easily fulfilled.
