Amazing location directly at the beach with a small rather private beach. Very friendly staff. My first room smelled of cigarettes, but I got a new room and after that nothing to complain about. Very extensive buffet for breakfast and dinner.WiFi at the room was fast and reliable for video calls and video streaming.

Pricey parking of 10€ per day. Dinner buffet had vegetarian dishes but choice was limited since most had meat or fish.

Nice and clean bedroom with side view to the ocean. Interesting location, in the green and in front of the beaches.

A bit in the middle of nowhere but that is also its charm. The service at the bar at breakfast time was slow and a bit clumsy.

Poor quality food in restaurant, only buffet service. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Distance to other bars & restaurants.

Accessibility/distance from Cadiz. Quite expensive for taxi, but nearly impossible to use public transit. It would be great to have scheduled shuttles from Cadiz a few times daily. We tried to rent a car, but none were available from the train station.

No coffee provided in the rooms and the air conditioner was dripping quite a bit of water.

Checkout was at noon but I stepped out briefly by 11:00 and the key was no longer active to open the room. I had to wait in line at the reception to get it reactivated.

Dinner buffet was disappointing. The a la carte restaurant was closed in September.Wonderfull coast and weather end of September.

many beaches to get by walking. very local vibe and no noisy beach bars around.I really liked the hotel.

When I checked in I asked for quiet room but my room was middle of activities in the hotel. swimming pool noise day time, some party was going on lobby area until 1am. After 2 night I couldn’t stand it.luckily I could manage to change the room to really quiet room for a night. it was lovely.

Location, pool area was beautiful with a nice bar and lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. Good breakfast selection too with regional produce on offer, nice bread selection and comfortable seating in well spaced dining room

Unfortunayely the evening buffet was disappointing and not great value for money. It was euros 25 pp, extremely crowded, not enogh staff so drinks took forever-better to order 2 at a time and food not replenished or had run out. I qued for 15 mins at the grill section to find poor lamb chops and the pork and other meat item had run out and we wete at tbe 8pm sitting so not late to dinner. There was only grilled makeral and another white fish which were inedible as full of bones. There was some sushi and spring rolls which was the best part but again not replenished. The salad bar became empty and i waited 20 mi s for 2 of 6 salads to ne replaced. Sadly not a great experience at all. We ate out the next night.Also in the roo., need hair conditioner as only shower gel/shampoo combined.

The pool was very nice and clean, and having a direct access to the beach is great. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was spotless clean.

The breakfast is not worth it. It’s a big buffet, but the quality is not great.

Lovely room and balcony. Very helpful staff. Big pool and pretty beach - great place to watch the sunsets.

Pre-paid parking (so just park on the road!). Not enough vegetarian options in the main restaurant. (no real earlier evening eating options - the Spanish families eat very late and the restaurants are not open until late. No local alternatives, but a fridge in the room!)

Swimming pool is nice. Rooms are very spacious and provided with a balcony and pretty views. Very well located to the “calas”. Breakfast was simply amazing. Free available parking inside the complex and in the surroundings.

Bad service at the bar in the lobby. Lot of people waiting to be attended, making a queue at the bar.

Our room was in a perfect location for us, at the side of the building. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Underground parking is great in the summer

The indoor people should have an adults only session, as sometimes there was young boys 'playing' in the pool which made it impossible to swim.Also the tiles in the indoor pool were not as clean as they should have been

It was good but very canteen style some of the food was cold. the fresh food they cooked was very good but a lot of the side orders needed to be under heat lamps to keep them hot

Loved the pool area and direct access to the beach. Superb.

The weekend we were there the hotel was hosting a large communion event and due to the significant number of attendees, the common areas were overwhelmed. The hotel needs to strike a balance between catering for events and actual hotel guests.
