Great food. Friendly staff. Hotel super clean and well organized. Great pool

Everything was amazing: service, food, room, location, cleanliness.15 walking to Conil's old town. Perfect distance, walk next to the sea.Gluten free options and bread.

The sauna is quite pricey. 20€ per person ( you have it for yourself for 1 hour though). Sometimes you just want to have 5-10 minutes after the gym and it is a little bit too much to do it everyday.

Everything was clean, staff was nice and helpful, breakfast was good, the location is beautiful and close to the beach.

I haven't seen THIS amount of children in any other hotel in my life. Constant yelling, we weren't able to have a single peaceful breakfast.

Nice hotel, good location, my kids loved the kids club, friendly staff.

The staff were all very attentive and friendly. There are different bars and restaurants that you can choose from at varying times. Activities for children available.

liked heated indoor and large outdoor pool/ note that this is a large hotel that caters to german travel agency TUI/ very clean and well maintained but rooms somewhat dated / we upgraded to a suite which was very large but regular rooms are sooner small/

We enjoyed our two day visit at Hiphotel in Conil de la Frontera. It’s located at the end of the beach and it’s nice to have a car to explore the area. The location on the beach is really awesome - it’s a gorgeous beach. The hotel is bright, clean and modern. Our room looked north from the back side of the hotel and we looked over green space to the ocean - most of the rooms have ocean or partial ocean views. The room is a good size (I don’t understand double beds pushed together) and it was modern and clean, with a nice balcony. It was mighty windy during our stay so we didn’t use the balcony much. The rest of the hotel was very nice. Huge, wonderful breakfast spread in the morning was really great. And there is a nice cocktail bar and lounge to hang out in the evenings. The pool area and other inside/outside amenities are also wonderful. Parking was free and not difficult to find. The staff were very nice and are we smiling and able to answer questions. Most of the guests seem to be older German people.No complaints at all.

From check in to check out the staff were courteous & helpful,cheerful & friendly. The room was very comfortable & quiet.The bar area and patio was lovely.The breakfast buffet was amazing!

The hotel is a beautiful hotel, with all the facilities you need for a great stay.The staff are great, from special shoutout to Sergio at reception, to Tomas, Agustin, Andres waiting staff, but all the staff were great, and the cleaners were extremely professional as well. We had breakfast and dinner included, all the food was wonderful.There is plenty to do at the hotel, a lot of activities for kids. The bar is great with wonderful views, and a well priced bar too, only 4eur for a large beer i thought to be extremely fair prices. The room was extremely confortable, very large bed and extremely clean.10/10 stay , would highly recommend !

The outdoor parking at the hotel is small, but there is a larger free outdoor parking just down the street, and also indoor parking.To walk to the centre of Conil there are some hills, so just beware if you have mobility issues.

Very comfortable, very clean everywhere, great staff, good swimming pool & 2 minute walk to the beach. Conil is a mere 10 minutes walk away.

I saw a lady with a dog on her personal balcony which leads me to believe that dogs are allowed in rooms. I dislike pets being allowed in hotels.

We loved the location, very friendly staff, good food in the main restaurant and great drinks in the main bar. Great pool, loved happy hour cocktails, and will def visit again

The pool bar chips were frozen ? the club type sandwiches were a little pre packaged . I forgot my hair conditioner, there was not any in the bathroom.

Good for older aged people but not young. Pretty property in a PERFECT location. It was clean and nice staff.

Bed was horrible, very hard. We paid for an upgraded room which felt like a basic room. It was over priced for what we got.

The cleanliness, the friendly staff, the food is excellent, and we were spoiled for choice at breakfast. The rooms are amazing, we were upgraded to the suite and made our stay even better.

Animation team did a great job and introducing the water activities was brilliant. Rooms had good air con. Breakfast buffet has great choice.

Didn't realise it was 50 minutes from Cadiz, but outstanding resort.

I hate writing bad reviews and this hotel would score pretty high but the reception staff were so so so unbothered and unhelpful and two issues we had could very well have been fatal so for that I have to call them out! My sister went to them late in the night with a medical emergency and asked for an ambulance (she is 6 months pregnant and was in great pain) they told her to calm down and drive to the medical centre (which was closed) when she finally drove to hospital the doctors said any later and she could have died!! Secondly our 4 and 5 year old walked out of kids club alone (there is no gate or door stopping any child walking out and literally NO ONE notices or cares!!! Lucky I saw them wandering the hotel around lost and alone and yet no one even rang me to say they had gone! When I complained they shrugged and couldn’t have cared less! Thirdly (although not as serious but still shows a lack of any care for guests) is that my sister lost luggage for airline arrived a day later at reception and no one rang their room to tell them until they found out 3 days later from the airline and asked!! They had just sat with their luggage at reception for 3 days without telling them even tho everything was clearly labelled with same name as check in) some seriously bad errors that could have cost lives and they just did not care
