Very nice staff and big, clean room, outstanding menus in the restaurant.

The saunas is only open from 4pm in the afternoon which don’t allow for non-skiers to enjoy this facility during the day.

Very clean, good location, clean and spacious everywhere including the room. Staff is very polite and helpful, spa is amazing. Feels very homely.

Hotel is close to ski slopes, staff working in the restaurant is friendly.

Staff at the reception is struggeling with English. 2 cappucinos from the machine are 11.80€.It would be nice to have tea kettle in the room.

The cleaning is behind 4 star hotel expectation. In room none cleans under the bed. So much dust. Nobody cleaned the kids playroom ( dead insects )Breakfast is average (eggs no much good)Dinner is almost all fried if all of a sudden too much guests arrived

Friendly staff, modern facilities and excellent bedroom

Quality and variety of food was disappointing. Although "dog friendly" we could only eat with our dog outside with smokers, which was a big issue for us. Also initially our room wasn't serviced because we had a dog, who was actually never left in the room unsupervised.Better communication would have prevented this problem.. To pay extra for our pet and be penalised in this way is unfair.

The hotel was clean, nice, well equipped, family mood, the terrace and garden quiet. The staff very nice and helpful. Wellness zone just great: The pool was amazing, clean, heated - water temperature was perfect. Saunas very nice. Buffet breakfast with lots of variations including fruits and dinner was just awesome, every day 2 types of soups, 6 different meals, 4 types of deserts.

The matrasses were bit soft.

Wellness and catering is very good, very kind staff. Heated ski box for free.

The bed is not so comfortable, the duvet is too small

We absolute loved the kindness of the stuff. They even surprised my daughter with a cake on her birthday. The hotel has quite a nice spa, and a swimmingpool, everything is clean and cozy. They have a shuttle for the slopes, so all sorted.

Too warm room.

Half board is included. The food is exceptionally good. Shuttle bus to the lifts or 3 minutes by car.

I think the price (approx. 400 EUR for 2+1 persons/night) is a little too high.

Newly renovated guesthouse with friendly staff and an easy buffet style eating arrangement

The buffet food was generally warm rather than hot, and at times for breakfast and dinner the trays were empty keeping you waiting for some replacement. just a light hearted note* Perhaps reggae music in a ski chalet might not be to everybody’s taste!

So disappointed we travelled hundreds of klms expecting a cool dip in the open air swimming pool only to find the whole place was closed .. ..we were devastated. Cannot trust this site ever and no recommcence what so ever !
