We booked it through your app specifically because of the wellness services the resort offered. There was no info on your app that the wellness/spa/saunas iare closed. If I knew, I would have booked a hotel in Pardubice where it was closer to the event we attended. I was super disappointed. When checking booking for other nights now, there is still nothing mentioned about the spa being closed until the 17th I believe. Other than that, the property is nice, good breakfast, nice location.

Fantastic golf course, good food and very reasonably priced.

Room we stayed in was a little dated and could do with a bit of modernization but it didn't detract from our stay.

If you're a golf enthusiast it is the place for you. The hotel and Spa was good overall but sad to say, there was no swimming pool, Spa was also being refurbished so only the steam and infra red sauna's were available. There was no info about this on the website. Spa prices were very good and as a booking.com member you get discounts on the Spa. Breakfast was very good, dinner menu could get better but this might just be a Czech thing....

When there is an event they tend to forget their hotel customers. I stayed 6 nights, was happy until the final night. Couldn't get a seat outside on the terras due to a company event. I had to beg them for a table. I got one finally but then I got 1 drink in 1,5h. The servers just didn't look after me.... I felt bullied out.

It's a fantastic place to stay overnight while exploring the area. The breakfast was outstanding, especially the delicious milk products in the fridge. The hotel offers a remarkably peaceful atmosphere when you need to unwind, yet it's impressively equipped if you prefer to visit the bar. Additionally, the staff was exceptionally friendly.

One minor suggestion would be to consider adding a few more attractions for younger children, which could enhance the experience for families.

Amazing facility with perfect breakfast and super friendly staff.

There's nothing we can dislike. We can only offer suggestions. An indoor pool, especially for children in our case, would make this hotel the perfect place for us to spend even more time.

Rich and tasty breakfast of high quality products. Perfect location close to Pardubice. Tidy and clean facilities with friendly and professional staff. Comfortable beds with extra long blankets and two types of pillows.

We stayed at the hotel for the Rock for people festival.We appreciated very much that the receptionists helped us every time with ordering a taxi when we went to the festival, but also for booking a taxi at an early hour, on the day we had to leave for the Pardubice train station.We really like the breakfast. We appreciated that they put some breakfast to take away, when we had to leave at early hour, that was really nice and unexpected. Thank you.

The spa would be nice to be opened earlier than 17:00. I really wanted to try it, but with festival program, I didn't have the chance.

The hotel itself is very cozy, located in calm place, spacious and clean. What I did not like is that I paid for spa right in front of the desk. Checking out next morning I received the outrageous tone of the receptionist saying: "wait, you still need to pay here", good that I took a receipt the day before cause I would need to pay one more time. I take is rude as it was really low number of visitors and receptionist could have asked in better tone.

Spa is not included in price, you ll need to pay 200czk/2h/person. Water in spa is not included in price. City tax is not included in price. I would make it all included to not bother visitors, especially having misunderstanding between personal.

- Although breakfast was above average by Czech standards, it but could be better for a hotel of this category and pricing (e.g. more fresh fruit options, more warm food options like grilled vegetables, better bread, sparkling water)- Rooms appear rather old and could use some renovation - and they are quite dark due to poor lighting- Although the WiFi was relatively stable, it was very slow (only 5 Mbit/s in my room)- Location quite far outside and not recommended without a car (but it was known upon booking, so not really a negative point for me)

the room I was staying in had only a roof window and the window handle was broken and i could not open the window to get fresh air in. The choice of food on the card at the restaurant in limited, expensive and does not taste good. I ordered a Hamburger, the bread was hard and the patty was over cooked and hard like a stone.

Location was great, rooms large and comfortable, beds and linen great. Staff was very supportive. We are very pleased about our stay. The restaurant prepared the best steak. Breakfast was very rich.

Excellent staff very attentive to customer needs. Air conditioning in the room. Comfy bed and large room. Good breakfast.

Not the hotels problem but there was a wedding party in when we stayed very noisy.

Nice rooms, nice restaurant.

No amenities in the rooms. No protected parking. In order to save money, they shut the parking lot lights off at night, the most important time for them to be on. This is a big minus for a place that is supposed to be high-end quality.

Stayed here for rock for people festival, 20-25 mins taxi away. Beds very comfy, very chilled hotel.
