Staff was great. Room was clean. Next door to shopping centre. Heating and hot water worked well. Kettle, fan and fridge in room.

Bad smell in halls. No free parking (staff warned me though). Old lifts. Very basic breakfast.

Extremely good value for money, and the breakfast was excellent considering the low price of the booking. Was also well situated within easy walk of the station and a shopping centre next door. We were on floor 11 and it was very quiet

The whole property is somewhat tired

Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds, shower, TV we're great. Room was spacious. Hotel is next to a nice shopping centre with a Tesco. Very handy.

The location is very good (however, the building itself is hidden by the supermarket in front of it) - no more than 15 minutes from the main railway/bus station, same 10-15 minutes to historical city center. The Elbe river is seen from the hotel windows on upper floors. Public spaces are little bit aged with perfect retro atmosphere, but rooms themselves look like there was quite a recent partial renovation. Rooms are clear (only windows outside are a bit dusty), beds are rather comfortable, furniture looks fresh. Fridge and kettle appeared to be very perfect tip.

There was just one tiny problem during our stay: the water pressure in the shower was too low. However, this seems to be a problem of particular room as there was no issue with water pressure on the hand sink.

The hotel offers a good accommodation with nice views of the town. My room was spacious and fully renovated with brand new furnishing. Everything was clean and fresh. The bed was comfortable, in my opinion. The hotel staff was very responsive, kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is attractive - 5 min walk to the city centre and 10 min to the main railway station.

Not so fast lifts. Smell of cigarettes in the common spaces. Limited hospitality set for guests provided in the room.

The pillow was too soft for me.

The room and bathroom were very clean, breakfast was tasty and with a lot of options to choose from. The receptionist were very helpful. The architecture of the hotel exterior and interior is the additional plus fot the modernist architecture fans. We recommend the stay here.

The staff were very helpful & welcoming. Location near shopping mall & bus stop (2 stops to train station) was excellent. Very quiet room.

It is the best money / value hotel I ever reserved. 50 euro for 2 persons includind breakfast - super deal, however there is some strange status of this hotel. From a huge posibillities of the rooms the hotel was used less then 10. I do not know why.

No Air Conditioner

The bed is comfortable..close to the center, train station and shopping center..

In June the room was too hot..

Total retro look of the hotel. On the outside nothing has been changed since the eighties. It's like a time machine! I absolutely adore that, and I'd come again just for that. No worries, rooms have been renovated, bathrooms are excellent, you even have a small fridge...

Lots of people coming and going behind reception and some looked kind of dodgy/unfriendly. Was quite a weird and unprofessional vibe. Pretty sure a previous guest cooked noodles in our kettle. Amenities were very limited.

Hotel room very nice equipped (on 11th floor).

Hotel doesn´t have own parking lot, thus you have to park in municipal parking zone. Depending on arrival and departure time, I paid 15 €. Municipal police was very qiuckly there to check, who paid, so I had to pay very quickly. This I feel as disadvantage.

not bad hotel for New rooms

very old desing for reception and some of the parts of the hotel like restaurant and some floors. also very poor food on the breakfast.
