Hotel Rieger Garni

Location is convenient, nice clean comfortable room.

No elevator

Hotel is really close to city Square.

No parking! no loading and unloading zone! out of the 3 rooms we reserve for that weekend one was without any problem. After mentioning issues with room, they fixed only half of it.

Really friendly personell, great location near center of the town, room was really clean, bed was really comfortable.

Fan in the toilet/bathroom was extremely loud. I've heard everytime somebody next room entered toilet/bathroom. If this would be fixed I would rate the hotel much higher.

The hotel is situated close to the main square. In order to check-in you need to visit a different hotel first and you get your keys afterwards. Also if you want to have breakfast, you need to attend the other hotel.The room was nice, quiet and clean- No problems occured. We had everything we needed.

Clean room good breakfast but in another hotel 5 mins drive away!

No public areas and quite noisy. Had to collect key from another hotel 5 mins drive away. Not made very clear until reservation made and you read the email very carefully-a sad surprise. A little deceitful. No reception and had to return to other hotel for admittedly a good breakfast and helpful staff. So Rieger not really a hotel as advertised but some rooms with no staff or facilities on site. Disappointing not made clear at booking and price should reflect that. Never stayed in a hotel and driven to breakfast before and I stay in a lot of hotels.

Room was clean and AC worked fine.

Reception is at another hotel 1km away. Don't go there without a car! The other hotel has a gate to the parking lot, so when we went to get the keys, we could not get out at first. The actual Garni hotel had no parking spots, so....finding parking nearby was difficult. Our room was in the 3rd floor without elevator. Next morning, in the 'reception hotel' where we went to return the keys, staff was very rude, again.

The person checking in our guest went above and beyond to not only help her but the people she was traveling with on a Christmas Eve. We will be forever grateful for his selfless act of service. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

Clean, well equiped room. (mini bar fridge, kettle)

Soundproofing is very bad between the rooms. Every noise, TV, etc could be hear.

- great, big apartament on the top floor (2 bedrooms + bathroom + hallway)- there was a fridge, TV, cutlery, glasses and cups in each bedroom- restaurant on the ground floor (with great 'tocena kofola' and tasty pizza <3 )

- no lift (if you have a room on the top floor you have to use stairs - inconvinient for the older person / person with physical disability)It's not the disadvantage for the hotel, but after 9p.m. there is no place in Jicin to go for a beer or spend some nice time in the evening - everything is close :O

Hotel on main street. 2 minutes on foot to main squire. Great restaurant downstairs. City parking at no cost (if there are a space)

Reception is in different location - across the town. You have to pick up and drop keys there. If you select breakfast - you will drive a kilometre every morning.After painted in white, there are no indication that the building is the hotel.

The guy from the check in hotel was very very nice. The room was OK also.

There is no reception, you need to check-in and out in different hotel. So, you don't have anyone to talk to during the staying in the hotel. On our staying, there was loud knocking in the middle of the night (we think it was on the door of the hotel) that lasted about an hour, we tried to call the hotel but there was no answer and we couldn't sleep.

The room is on the 3rd floor where where only a narrow steep staircase leads.about 85€ and no water to drink - so sad
