Dirty (stains that looked like blood on bedsheets and towels), power went out in our room multiple times and they were fully booked so could not give us a new room, very hot with broken AC.

The hotel has really comfort beds, in a great place with a beautiful view, if you want to go to Sierra de Madrid

The size of the window disappointed me first - it was like being in the basement. The design of the bathroom looks terrible which is OK, it could be not my taste. However, the bottom of the shower was like made of rubber or cork. I don't know exactly but it can surely not be kept clean. So not at all hygenic! Luckily we had slippers in which we could have shower.Also the bedgrid was broken under the mattress which made the mattress sagging.

Location a few minutes drive off motorway. Quiet. Secure parking.

The MOST important thing for me is the bed - I am very disgusted to sleep on dirty and suspicious bed linen. As soon as I lay down I felt sand and small debris and 100% this sheet was not changed after someone and here someone was lying - I open the blanket to take a closer look - and there are stains from someone else's women's days on the sheet. Thank God in the closet there were some kind of washed sheets and duvet covers. I began to change the whole nightmare as best I could - well, and you can see a photo of the mattress - it's just some kind of nightmare! A shit-stained and pissed-on old mattress that has never known dry cleaning. I very rarely waste time on reviews and I am a very loyal person. BUT!!! I want to warn people for whom at least hygiene and clean bed linen without someone else's periods are important - you will simply ruin your vacation!!! We rented apartments before this one that were 100 times better - everything was just new and luxurious and without any deposits.

The rooms are basic & clean. Parking on site is an added bonus as is the restaurant.

Wi-Fi didn’t work in 2 of the 3 rooms we had.

Location just a few minutes off motorway was great. Quiet, comfortable, private parking on site, great quality restaurant, good breakfast.

Restaurant didn’t open until 8.30 pm and breakfast didn’t start serving until 9.0 am, although quality was worth waiting for.

There was an air conditioning that just spread hot air, it was impossible to sleep. And the recepcionist told us that all their air conditioning were like that. They can’t promote then that they have air conditioning, the don’t. Also it smelled like cooked food at all times, the ventilation system is horrible.

We chose this hotel as a stop off on our way to Madrid to break the trip into 2. The location was right where we needed it to be. It was easy to find.

We arrived kind of late, but the entire place was closed, not a soul to be found. Luckily in the restaurant building across the street there was a waiter preparing the tables for the next day, and he was able to call someone, who told him that the keys to our room were sitting on a couch just outside around the corner fromthe reception area. We would never have found it. Then, on the first floor (where we found rooms that all started in the 500s - very disconcerting lol) we discovered our room, which, honestly whoever the hotel hired to refresh the rooms absolutely massacred it. Totally poor workmanship on an already very unfortunate choice of flooring, wall, tile, and furniture styles that are just cringe. It was clean, just in dire need of an overhaul.

The room was very out dated and poorly decorated. There was mould and damp spots on the walls. The room needs to be completely renovated to bring it up to standard.

The size of the rooms was great, staff wonderful, the swimming pools were great.A bar outside the hotel with fast food and also exellent restaurant aswell. Easy to find , great parking. Loved it. Great price too
