    Pros +

    • Very friendly staff. Great breakfast choices.
    • Normal as expected nothing special
    • Swimming pool, location, restaurant and bar in lobby.

    Cons -

    • We would like to see more choices in the bathroom, such as soap, shampoo, conditioner. Right now there is only one generic hand and body wash. Also, breakfast could be served a little longer to at least 11AM. Right now it closes 10AM.
    • One morning, went for coffee in restaurant at 6:25. BIG BOSS man at front desk early 20s frizzy black hair with beard forbidding me free coffee. I needed to buy. He was acting as stupid as a son’s of the boss. However a waiter brought me the coffee and I thanked him.

Stayed here for parkrun which was a short walk to the bus stop and 20mins away. Had everything we needed.

    9CraigPosted on: 1-26-2025

The bus stop to the ski resort was right outside, easy access to the town centre and restaurants. The staff were absolutely lovely

    8AndrewPosted on: 12-29-2024

Very kind staff who made me and my son feel very welcome; delicious breakfast; convivial front area with games for children and people generally hanging out

Water in pool was too cold for a toddler.

Very nice accommodation not too far from the center. We stayed for the weekend to enjoy hiking in the mountains and this was a good place we chose. Breakfast was delicious, staff was nice too.

    9BurakPosted on: 10-28-2024

Almost everything was very good. Good bad, good stuff, good pool with sauna and great breakfast

There is no power outlet near to bad. It could be very practice and useful for people.

    8ErikPosted on: 9-30-2024

The team of people at breakfast were just outstanding and very friendly. Well known brand delivering decent quality for the price

Time for refurbishment but they will be starting that soon I was told.

Staff were helpful. Rooms were tidy and clean.

Facilities were a bit outdated. The wall paper in our room was hanging off. Mattress was very soft, I had a operation so wasn't ideal. Also no safe in the room.

    6AndreiPosted on: 9-2-2024

Nothing to note. More or less staff. Not a bad breakfast.

It looks better in the photo than in real life. Outdated renovation. Far from the center. The sauna and pool area need renovation.

We like breakfast, it was really good, with lots of delicious food to try.also, we like the fact that the car park was big and convenient so we could park there any time .The room and bathroom good size and clean, the mattresses comfortable so we had a night good sleep.

I was surprised that we had to pay additional money for parking, i assumed it would come with the price.

    The surrounding area is scenic.

On our last night we decided to go to the bar for one final drink. The barman was serving multiple polish gentlemen but when we asked him to serve us he SCREAMED in Polish in my friends face. After he screamed at me and my friend, he then continued serving the other Polish men. This was well before 10PM by the way, way before the bar closed. My friend asked him why wasn't he serving us and the barman screamed in his face again (in Polish), but a kind female member of the staff eventuallly served us three pints. It was apparent that because we were foreign the barman didn't want to serve us (we were guests in this hotel for a whole week). It was a bizzare encounter and I wouldn't usually let a much smaller man screech at me in an effeminate manner however my fiance was present and I didnt want to add to the horrendous environment this staff member caused. What was so strange was that there was a very drunk Irish man they kept giving drinks too. This staff member just randomly decided to lash out at us and made the entire experience at the hotel sour. After we were served the same man who screamed in our face continued serving other Polish guests. It was very apparent were weren't welcome in the hotel for some strange reason. Do not stay here - down the road from this hotel in the village there are much nicer apartments for the same price.

    Passable

The hotel, rooms and the pool are really old, the price for such a services are too high.

    4AndreasPosted on: 8-15-2024

    Staying in a Motel Inn

No air-conditioning, no power plug, old rooms all around.

    6KrzysztofPosted on: 8-12-2024

breakfasts were good, room OK, parking was also OK, however I was surprised I have to pay extra for the parking. In other hotels, parking is usually for free

I was trying to eat my dinner once, never ever

    3KrystynaPosted on: 7-21-2024

No air con, I didn't find information that in standard rooms they don't provide... For me nowadays it's something unexpected not to have air con...it is obvious everywhere it is available-my mistake...

No air con, old, not renovated rooms, old swimming pool. Only now the started to do sth with room to make them more modern.

    9KevinPosted on: 7-16-2024

Breakfast choices were great; the room was well appointed and the beds comfortable; parking was plentiful. The hotel itself was very easily accessed by car and located just opposite a great parkland.

Would have liked greater promotion of the beer garden at the side of the hotel; great space which we only discovered on our last evening. Also, more information on how to access the pool would have been appreciated. The only discomfort in the room was the placement of a 'too large' chair which impeded access beside one of the beds. Two smaller chairs would have worked better, we think.

    3JaroslavPosted on: 7-10-2024

Breakfast was unexpecatlly good. Wather in pool was warm.

It definitaly does not worth it. I payed more than 100EUR. I booked double bed and got two single beds. And there was no solution on reception. I am used to pay 100EUR/night, but it I expect service same as in Mariot or Holiday in, or NH hotels... This is poor 3* hotel. If it cost a half, I would be satified.
