Pros +
- The hotel is in a great location and is a very large establishment for the place. It was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly. I give it top marks for location.
- I loved it, clean room and excellent reception service. I would really recommend, thank you Europa.
- The location of the hotel is in the center of Jelenia Gora, so it is easy to walk to the main square of the city, which has a lot of restaurants and pubs. The hotel is in an old building, and has labyrinthine hallways going in various directions. Some of the hotel is decorated in a very old and dark style, whereas other parts have been renovated and are new. The parking lot is locked at night.
Cons -
- The decor is bland and boring. My room had some random picture on the wall of flowers - just the one - in an area of outstanding natural beauty! No connexion with the local area was evident. Not a poster. Not a painting. There was nothing local or interesting about the hotel apart from its size. I have seen a more interesting entrance / reception in a third world hostel, to be honest. It was extremely cold even with the extra blanket and the small heater going. On the first night I had to shower in lukewarm water. The water did get warmer during my stay but was never above warm. There is excellent internet - in a cafe in the main square. Definitely not in the hotel.
- The breakfast buffet did not have naleśniki (Polish pancakes) and no hot foods. Still, it had plenty to eat.
- Although the hotel is kept clean, father time did his number on the place. It is seriously dated and could use a major overhaul.

Central location, private parking albeit paid one.

- great location - helpful staff
I was a bit disappointed by the breakfast menu: there was quite limited choice for many things (e.g., the only vegetables were tomatoes - other Polish hotels would offer multiple varieties).!
About a 15 minute walk to the main rail station in Jelenia Góra, the hotel is in the town centre close to the main square, restaurants etc. Room was a good size. Furnishing (except bed) was OK along with the bathroom.
Hotel reception area was rather dimly lit and the whole place looked a bit outdated. Bed was fairly basic, low to the floor and not that comfortable.Breakfast was dissapoiting. Coffee machine noisy and filled the cups up too much. Cereals were in catering type bags just ripped open making it difficult to measure out into a bowl. Cold meats, cheese, rolls, bread, jams but no cooked food which unusual for hotels in Poland.
Location
The room was absolutely freezing and the TV didn't work. The staff were informed and brought an electric radiator which didn't help much and another TV which didn't work either.I slept in my clothes with a blanket from my car.Disappointed as previous stays have been OK.
Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfasts. Nice spacious room. Nothing to complain about bathroom, could be a bit bigger. All in all can recommend it.
Location
Virtually no heating in a room and in a bathroom in a middle of December when temperatures outside were ranging around -2 and 0 deg. C. It was impossible to fall asleep due to the low temperature in the room, not mentioning the discomfort to shower. On the impression the room seemed clean, but soon it turned out how misleading it was - a floor and a table was sticky with an old dried- out juice as a leftover from previous occupancyThe breakfast venue was cold to eat in; the morning meal was also very poor with very limited selection of food, along with itsquestionable quality. The waiting staff was nowhere to be seen.
-location-staff friendly and helpful-clean
-a bit outdated -
Free Billiards available for guests. Perfect location
Poor Breakfast
Close to market place / Ratusz
Lots of stairs to get to reception area if entering from Paking area.
Old building with a quirky Character, good atmosphere, good comfy bed, best uninterrupted sleep ive had for a while,Breakfast adequate, plenty of choices.
All was good
Needed a room for the night. Was cheap and clean. Honestly one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in weeks while in Europe
The stuff was kind. The rooms was simple but clean. The were towels and cleaning products in the shower. The breakfast was good.
I didn't like the fact I was not informed that the parking is paid. Even though it was just 20zł, it didn't show up anywhere in on the Booking, while the lady at the desk in the reception claimed that it is written somewhere on hotel's profile. Well, I couldn't find and it didn't show up in the summary of the reservation, so that feels unprofessional to me.
The staff were exceptional, ideal location and very roomy
large rooms and most importantly there was a lift
Location is excellent and this hotel has a safe parking area for motorbikes, even though a little bit complicated due to the hotel corridor maze.
Parking was a little complex thing, as the parking area is on the other side of the building. I was traveling on a motorbike and had to first get a parking receipt, only then I was allowed to enter the building and walk several corridors to meet the reception. After registration at the reception I was able to finally park the bike, so another corridor walk through the hotel get my things. I suppose this could have been possible with the first try, but there were other customers queuing so the parking place guard could not show me the spot for my bike. Afterwards everything went fine and my bike was parked right next to the restaurant of the hotel.
Hotel located at the Centre of city but not worth this money. Feels like time stopped there long time ago. Extra charges for dog was surprise considering the hotel rate
I checked in around 3 am and it was so important for me to late check in,the person who was there it's very nice and friendly,I appreciate it,thank you so much and definitely see you again .bless ?
It was clean and tidy, town centre location, secure car park ( when you found it !!! ) Nice town for eating out . Local places good value for the money
Communication difficult as not one staff member spoke English. No Bar or Restaurant . Breakfast very basic even by continental standards. I suppose I shouldn't have expected too much as the stay was £25.00 per night. !!!.
