Amazing and magical place with wonderful facilities, great restaurant Ogrodowa and exceptional staff.

The one and only thing that I didn’t like was the smell in the restroom.

Tudo ótimo, café da manhã bom. Perto do metrô. Área muito tranquila e fácil de estacionar na rua sem custo. Bons restaurantes perto.Muito gentis Efisio e Consuelo, muito prestativos

Não tinham um ferro de passar sequer para emprestar!!! Faz muita falta ferro no quarto

The rooms where in a separate building, partly with a view towards the castle. The castle itself and the surrounding garden ist beautiful. The breakfast is extraordinary in choice and quality!

The rooms have old, castle like furniture, which are probably the reason for a little "old" smell of the rooms. Mattrasses could be better.

Fantastic hotel in an old historical palace. Nice park, the lake as mirror for palace. Interesting history of restoration of the palace from ruins. Good spa-zone. The swimming pool, sauna. The neighboring palace in Lesnica is a 10-min walk away.

This is not a complaint, but a wish: in a room for 3 people, you can add a small screen partition.

The spa facilities were wonderful and the opening hours (and dinner hours) were better than almost every hotel I’ve been to. Rooms were simple but tasteful. Price for the offer was very reasonable

It was strange to get two single beds as a couple and breakfast/food was a little underwhelming but generally quite a solid option

We recently stayed at this hotel with friends and our dog, and we were absolutely delighted! From the moment we arrived, the friendly and attentive staff welcomed us and helped with our accommodation, answering all our questions.The breakfast deserves a special mention: it was truly delicious and varied.Our rooms were impeccably clean and cozy. They had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we felt right at home. A pleasant bonus was the pool with warm water, where we spent a lot of time enjoying relaxation and conversation.The hotel is also great for guests with pets. Our dog felt comfortable here, which is very important to us as she is part of our family.Overall, we had a wonderful time at this hotel and were completely satisfied with our choice. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality and comfortable stay.

Huge green spaces but limited amount of seating areas outside to enjoy the space. Locks very stiff to get to the room, no safe in rooms.

Dark interior and cold rooms. No hearing working.

The distance from the room to reception or to where breakfast is significant for most hotels. Finding where to check in at night was a challenge. Took a while to figure out. Lots of gravel on the property so trying to wheel your luggage around is a challenge

The room was very spacious and clean. I liked breakfast. I enjoyed walking in the park.

Some of the buildings does not have an elevator, there is no laundry service (tough when you are traveling multiple weeks), water pressure in the shower was week, toilet was leaking (noisy at night), shower door was not closing properly. Parking lot can be far from your building (a problem when it's raining)

Good location, all facilities, unique atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent.

Room a bit small and bathroom quite basic for the price.

What a lovely place!Staff was very helpful and kind.Nice spacious room with mostly nice view. Tea set, water, bathrobe, towels. Enough hooks in the bathroom, better than other hotels.Great wellness zone: good gym, big pool with jets that can substitute broken jacuzzi, two saunas. Although the hotel was not full, it was quite crowded in the afternoon.Garden restaurant is beautiful and so are the meals. Unfortunately not as tasty as it looks but not bad.Breakfast perfect - wide choise of anything including local specialities (mushrooms, sour vegetables, meats, fish), you can stay long, even after 10:30 and enjoy. Staff is continuously cleaning the tables without irritating you. Coffee cups to go (have a walk around the park with hot chocolate :-)

Beds are bad, Spichlerz rooms are quite close to the road, so you can hear traffic. Some facilities need to be repaired.Bufet dinner changed to menu without prior notice. I would rather pay A la carte to get my own choise for similar price.Not easy to speak English, except the reception.
