Everything was great! Being from the USA and only knowing English was a challenge for my whole trip. But the staff spoke pretty good English and was patient with me.

Little bit of bar noise below us but not enough to keep me awake.

The rooms were well-appointed, and the breakfast was decent. The morning staff were friendly, and parking was available in front of the building.

The late-night check-in experience was very unpleasant. The receptionist, Roberto, was abrupt and interrogative when requesting IDs and personal details, and handled the room allocation dismissively, even though our reservation was for a non-smoking double bed. Although the hotel itself is new and comfortable, and the rest of the stay was fine, the initial reception left a poor first impression.

It's well positioned just off the main road. We were very impressed with the size of the room, with a very large Smart TV. The beds are SO comfortable we didn't want to leave!!Nice big shower. All spotless. We had a meal in the main restaurant which is expensive but the quality of the food we had was excellent. We only had a drink and a main course each which came to €85. There is a tapas bar in the front which is very popular and was packed on Friday night.Highly recommended

The location (the photo of the hotel (background) drives an expectation that get's you shocked when you arrive there and find out that is a side road hotel in an industrial neighborood.The room curtain did not block the light, so we woke up too early in the morning, and the bed although huge, was extremely unconfortable as the matress was too soft.

absolute gem of a hotel with the most amazing restaurant on site serving 5 star food at very respectable prices. the beds were so comfortable, like sleeping on clouds! Will definitely stay here if I vist Burgos again.

The bed was extremely comfortable and very large.

Water in the shower was not as hot as it should have been. Directions for opening the Garage door from covered parking could have been better.

Room great size with super TV. Comfortable stay and all staff that we spoke to were lovely. I would not hesitate in booking HQ La Galeria again.

Although the restaurants conform to normal Spanish eating times, for us on this occasion, it was too late and would have been better if the facilities were open from 18:00.

Helpful staff , clean comfortable and good cafe within hotel. Nothing was a problem for any of the bar or restaurant staff. I was only on an overnight stay travelling from Malaga to Santander to catch a ferry. The hotel is a bit remote but excellent for overnight stay. Everything that you need.
