They were so nice and upgraded us to a family room that included a wonderful tub. It was great. We also saw the northern lights.

Location was good, breakfast was expensive but good.

No refrigerator in the room. Breakfast was expensive.

Room was clean and beds were extremely comfortable. Definitely recommend getting breakfast included, it was an incredible spread with lots of options.

Beautiful property in a nice town and great area.

It’s was warm well there without air conditioning it was a bit hot. Also a fitness facility on site would have been nice.

Staff were helpful, giving directions and helping with our needs. We could not easily reserve a room in the next town and staff called the hotel so we could reserve a room. We were able to see Northern Lights from the parking area.

Breakfast was usual European style, but nothing special. Plenty of food.

Such a lovely modern big room located right in the heart of Myvatn. Very well designed room having best possible amenities and quality. Great restaurant and bar in the property serving exquisite food and drinks. Hot tub was exceptionally nice and quiet during evening hours. Loved the bathroom and the luxury toiletries provided. Worth every penny and highly recommend it

Perfect choice. Bonus: Sign up at the front desk if you’d like a phone call in your room when Northern Lights are detected. Both nights we were there we got the call. Awesome!

The hotel is in a nice location and in close proximity to a grocery store and laundromat. The rooms are spacious and clean. Nice bar/lounge area.

No washcloths. Rooms could use a bit more lighting.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.The location was perfect—just down the road from the Myvatn hot springs, which made exploring the area so convenient. They also provide a 10% discount if booked through them.Both on-site restaurants were good, offering nice meals and a cozy atmosphere. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the lounge, where Tomas, your talented bartender, made our evenings memorable with his great service and friendly conversation.It was truly a pleasure staying with you, and we would love to return in the future. Thank you again for your hospitality and for making our visit so special.

Facilities are beautiful, they have hot tubs for use outside, and a leisure room/lounge, nice restaurant.

The food is okay.

They have a kettle but ask for it at the front desk. It is not in the room.

The room was very small. The pillows were small and flat. The bed was not firm. It was the most expensive on our trip. The check-in line was long and the poor person was over-worked.

Great location near the lake. Modern and clean facility with friendly helpful staff.

The property it’s absolutely beautiful and well maintained. They have a great decoration.Rooms are so comfortable and well designed.

Everything was great

Staff were very nice and friendly. Gave my mom a little snack to take with her for the road, when she said that she really liked one of the treats.

Not Our Favorite.

Uncomfortable bed. Unfriendly reception desk. Demanded passport and credit card without explanation. Very impersonal. Way overpriced from our perspective.

Great accomodation close to everything Myvatn has to offer. We had a one room for 4 of us which was sufficient in size and very well organized. Additional bonus is a great restaurant which offered enjoyable dinner and sufficient decent breakfast. I also appreciated design of the space a lot, which was clearly done with mind and heart invested into this.Recommended!

Staff being very friendly and trying to help would need some additional training on the policies of the hotel. We had to come back to get some answers to the questions:- breakfast discount for the kids- can we get a packed lunch and price etc'Let me check it for you' was the answer, nice but would be logical to get it on the spot.
