The price was great, it was very clean, newer hotel.

The male front desk attitude. Both males had bad attitudes. The ladies were very nice and pleasant.The housekeepers were very loud banging walls and floors so forget about sleeping during the day to catch up after the jet lag.It was about 20 minute ride in uber to any direction or more so make sure you rent a car, I wish I did that

Area was quiet but still had a lot of shopping and food options near by. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very nice.

No place to sit in the room other than on the beds.

No AC in the gym. Are you kidding me? Better to work out in a sauna or steam room than in the little gym that had probably 150 degrees.

The only real option in Rivas. Breakfast is nice.

I think it’s expensive for what it is.

A short 15 minute drive into the city of Madrid to see a concert at the Movistar Arena. Clean, comfortable, quiet location with friendly staff.

Overall, everything went well. The room was clean as advertised and at our request, the reception staff prepared takeaway breakfasts for us due to our early departure.

However, at the buffet, there were no fresh vegetables except for a tomato salsa, and the blankets in the rooms were uncomfortable as they were not placed inside duvet covers, but simply between two sheets that would slip off.

The air conditioning wasn't on because the hotel doesn't turn it on until summer, so we suffered greatly from the heat in the room.

My go-to hotel when I fly to/from MAD. Rooms are comfortable with everything I need. Parking is free and super easy. The nearby shopping center (and Amazon lockers) are handy for last-minute needs. I have to drive 5 hours to reach Madrid, so I'm grateful I finally found a great place to stay after trying 9 other hotels.

Good location but requires car for traveling around. There are parks and facilities around for kids as well.

Good parking, economical and an easy drive to the airport. As promised. Also clean and reasonably spacious with a gorgeous bathroom including a bath and lots of hot water.

Check in wasn’t welcoming. Busy, inflexible and a bit abrupt. And though there is a restaurant there it offered no cooked food for dinner. Not sure if this is usual of if they had a problem but it meant no dinner for us which was disappointing.

Staff were nice and friendly, the hotel was clean, the bedroom and bathroom were nice sizes and well stocked, and beds were made every morning.

The breakfast was on the expensive side and the coffee was terrible. The coffee from the machine in front of the lifts was better!

Great place, spacious room and bathroom. Fantastic breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. I absolutely loved and enjoyed my stay here.

The rooms facing the main road/highway can be a bit loud at night, if you’re sensitive to noise.

Good location, within walking distance of stairs and restaurants. Great shower.

The Wi-Fi is terrible, cutting in and out constantly. Proximity to the highway makes you think you have great access to everything, but if you need to access some nearby neighborhoods you are forced to snack around the service roadways.
