Friendly staff who really want to help and are happy to help. They really want to make the guest happy. The hotel is quiet, allowing for peaceful rest. The rooms are spacious. The free parking is great!

the rooms are large - double the size of a typical hotel room in Madrid at the same price. The woman who checked me in is extremely helpful and friendly.

The bedding is too thin. I need more separation between my body and the mattress.

We liked that there was a very luxurious shower and a jacuzzi. Also the room was very spacious. The balcony was very cool.

The door of the bathroom was not private enough, there was no English subtitles or TV shows on the TV, the water temperature in the shower was hard to control, the outside of the hotel building was not very inviting.

This is a large hotel with parking, a business center, modern design, and an amazing stained-glass dome. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds, armchairs for relaxing, and a desk for work. The bathroom is large as well, featuring a bathtub with hydromassage. There is also a big balcony.Breakfast was varied, and I especially appreciated the wide selection of fresh fruits and pastries.

Unfortunately, dinner was not available at the hotel, but there are several restaurants and cafés just a five-minute walk away.

Good sized room. Very easy to leave the car and take a train ride( frequent service) into Madrid. Staff on desk very helpful.

This was our last stop before flying home and therefore a perfect place to stay. It is close to the airport in a quiet suburb of Madrid. Staff is very friendly and the room is luxurious, clean and with a great bed (both in size as in comfort ;) Free parking in the garage.

Extremely big room, huge bed, balcony, fantastic Breakfest and really nice stuff. What want more. Definitelly I’ll be back there.

Excellent property, nice rooms, spacious bedrooms great staff

A really nice hotel in a fantastic location. There’s a train station right outside, making it easy to reach the center of Madrid in just 30 minutes. We left our car in their private parking, which is securely closed at night, and relied on public transportation. Several restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great selection of fresh fruit and pastries. The staff was also very accommodating, even allowing us to fill our water bottles with their filtered water. A great experience overall!

The only thing that bothered us a bit was how warm the rooms are set by default—26ºC, even when it was just 3ºC outside. However, you can adjust the temperature to your preference.

Rooms a bit dull

The breakfast was good. The room was larger than most. There was a nice spa bath to use. Parking was free. It was an easy walk to the train station to get into Madrid.

The air conditioning pulled through smells from the room next door. We could smell when they were smoking so had to turn it off to stop the smell. Definitely an older style hotel in a non tourist area.

I’m sorry to say that the hotel is a professional scam. I booked a suite from the 26th to the 29th and requested the check-in to be at 5 a.m. The hotel responded that the suite would be available between 5 and 6 in the morning, but upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that it wasn’t ready. They offered a room that was available, but at a cost of 290 euros per day until the morning, when it would have made sense to inform me of this from the beginning. I would have then booked a room for 100 euros on the Booking system instead of for 290 euros.You are a fraudulent hotel, and I don’t recommend anyone stay here.

For such huge price no swimming pool no gym and very limited breakfast varieties.

Breakfast was boring, same stuff no variety.

Great business oriented hotel near airport with free parking and a restaurant. Very clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Would stay again.

Shabby exterior and public carpets but this was outweighed by clean rooms and comfortable accomodation Could be somewhat noisy if room is on highway side of building.
