It is difficult to keep the windows open while the street lights hit the room!

We were 2 adults and 1 child and the room was a perfect size. The beds were really comfortable (sofa bed too!). We also liked the cafe as it opened at 7am and you didn't need to choose the buffet option. The staff were lovely also! Javier was very kind and welcoming. The area was great for our daughter - fantastic park just across the road with a bar/restaurant.

I think the extractor fan in the bathroom was broken, the room was getting very steamy, but it was fine once we opened all the windows.

The room was clean and had big windows that were facing the main road where there was a boulevard, as it was Christmas there were some attractions and Christmas lights. It was beautiful and made the night walk back to the hotel very special.The bathroom had a shower tower panel with different options.

The rubber seal of the shower door moved and didn't close or seal the shower tray so the water went everywhere flooding the bathroom...

It was not very clean, since there were hairs in the bathroom.Otherwise all good.We did not have coffee so i cant evaluate it.

It was cold and having the air all night did not allow us to sleep much. (Noise)

The bed was great indeed and super clean everyday. The bedsheets were super neatly ironed and that brings a very nice feeling of comfort in the bed - was really amazed. The bathroom had installed in the shower, one of those stainless steel-like columns with multiple nozzles and state of the art water mixer and temperature gauge.

The breakfast costs 9EUR and is "almost" not worth it. Not much choice besides the obvious - no surprises, no freshly-made omelettes or fired eggs. Wrt to the bathroom, the tiles are outdated by 40years...still overall it results in a mixture of outdated with modern touches, which is interesting..The constant humming from the hotel's chillers/boilers, was very annoying....fortunately, I was so tired everyday that ended-up falling asleep without much trouble... The restaurant has the typical menu for 18EUR with two dishes (couple of choices are possible), but does not surprise.....it basically gets you "belly filled-up"...Ah, Sundays and holidays there is no dinner-service....fortunately there are a few restaurants nearby (e.g.: Gino's is quite popular)....;)

The bed was comfortable providing a great night's sleep.

However, the room was a bit noisy due to poor sound insulation. I could hear noises from the outside car and Bus traffic, the hallway and neighboring rooms, which was a bit disruptive. Overall, while the comfort of the bed was a highlight, the lack of soundproofing was a downside.The breakfast selection was basic and the same every day, with no variety to keep things interesting. Additionally, there were no hot or cooked meals available, which was a letdown.

Great room and easy check in. The staff were lovely and welcoming.

Noisy water cooler or air conditioning unit on the roof kept my wife awake.
