    Cons -

    • I searched near train deal sent me far cost expensive taxi
    • Location. I had to take a train which took around 30 minutes to reach Madrid. I didn't know when booking. A humble suggestion: The shower room wasn't properly designed. All the water is spilled as there's no curtain to stop it.
    • Starting with the fact that this is advertised as a 4-star hotel, expectations are naturally high. Unfortunately, several issues made my stay fall far below what a hotel in this category should offer.First, the elevator was not working during my stay. While this can happen, the solution provided by the staff was simply to “go to a lower level and take another lift.” What surprised me most was that, despite seeing us with luggage, a baby, and a stroller, nobody offered help or even informed us that assistance could be arranged. Being told to take the stairs in these conditions was far from a welcoming experience.Second, there was no iron in the room. I tried calling reception for more than 45 minutes with no answer. I even attempted calling the hotel directly from my phone, also with no response. I ended up leaving the hotel without ironing my shirt. A 4-star hotel should offer 24-hour phone assistance, which clearly was not the case. Moreover, the shower gel and shampoo appeared as if they had not been replaced in a long time, with dry residue around the bottle—very unpleasant. The towels were also old and of noticeably poor quality for a hotel of this category.Overall, this place cannot genuinely be considered a 4-star hotel, or if it is, it sits at the very lowest end of the standard. The general feeling, along with the lack of welcoming service (with only one person at reception), does not give the impression of a comfortable or well-managed hotel.I would not recommend it.

What I liked the most was the location, as it was close to the train station and there was a big supermarket nearby. In general, the hotel looks new, with its finishes and facilities.

Great facilities and polite staff. Close to the train station (100meters or so). Easy to reach madrid.Excellent value for money

Exceptional staff. Friendly and helpful- Hassan checked me in an made it a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was well worth it and a relaxed envíronment everywhere. Room was spacious enough and clean. Location is perfect for the Renfe and busses. Price was higher than usual due to it being a Friday-Saturday night stay but still much more affordable than most Madrid areas and worth the trip to come to this great community. Weekdays are especially well priced.

Not much- maybe a little colder air in room but it was sunny and nearly 100 degrees all day. Cold enough.

The staff in the reception were very friendly, the room was spacious and was quite clean, however it seemed like it needed some renovation, the bed was very big and comfortable

The gym looks like it isn’t well maintained; some of the equipment is too old and malfunctions

    Did not meet our expectations

The shower was out of order, making it unusable. Since it was the weekend and no maintenance staff was available on Saturday, the issue could not be resolved. We were also informed that there were no available rooms to accommodate a move.

    Good

No slippers. Slow and weak wi-fi. Noisy rooms.

    8TeresaPosted on: 3-5-2025

Location next to the train station so very easy access to Madrid. Welcoming staff in new reception area. Next to Mercadona supermarket. 5-10 minute walk to bars, restaurants and shopping centre.

Feels like an old hotel that has been taken over by a new owner and the rooms need money spent on them. Old furnishings, old fashioned shower with substandard gel/ shampoo dispensers, problems with plumbing (bath that floods the bathroom floor when draining water). Tres Cantos is a dormitory town built in the 1970-80s....not typical of Spain.

Very convenient Hotel walking distance to the Cercanías Station. I definetively recommend it if you travel for work or if you are visiting Madrid and dont mind to make use of public transportation.

The room is clean and with good space, good bad, and good layout. The restroom is very good, spacious, and clean.Front desk people are all very friendly. The breakfast has a broad selection with reasonable price.

    The location, and the room

So many little things were wrong, from WiFi bouncing all devices and TV working very poorly, to a freezing cold bathroom…

Bad breakfast, need repair of rooms,

Old, messy, a lot of things broken.

I was very impressed with the help provided by reception staff. They were friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located, right next to Tres Cantos station with a number of amenities within walking distance.

The elevator had a bad smell in it. I am not sure if it was temporary or due to something else, but it needs attention.

    8RichardPosted on: 9-21-2024

Comfortable hotel room, friendly staff, parking onsite. Easy to get into Madrid by train and a short drive to the airport.

    10Kirk B.Posted on: 9-19-2024

Parking Garage was clean and easy to get into. Elevator up to lobby. Fast Friendly service getting checked in. Room was clean, AC was cold, bed was comfortable, wifi was fast, tv was big and good channels, bathroom was big and clean. 10 out of 10! Thanks for a great stay!!!
