Ramada by Wyndham Madrid Tres Cantos

The courtesy and attention were the best part of the experience. We were so tired from trying to get there, and still early for check in after a full night. ALL the staff we spoke to went above the norm. I only wish it wasn't such a trek to get to.

I did not like how far away the hotel was from the airport and train station we were leaving from the next day. Thankfully the staff were able to direct us to a better way to get to the station.

Very nice hotel. We're surprised with the breakfast menu. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet. Staffs were very friendly.

Need to inform customer about NO shuttle service. The only problem is the location of the hotel. Tax cost about $45 - $50 one way from airport and hotel. It should indicated that they do NOT have shuttle service. So, people can budget into it.

We had a wonderful experience, a nice property, properly mantained and our room was kept clean and well attended. The people at the reception were marvelous, they went out of their way to help us anytime we had any question, thank you for your kindness and we will be back again!! ????

Everything was good. Comfortable room, good breakfast, close to train station

Assurance is needed that payment before check-in is recognised without tension

Please improve the quality of the juice at breakfast, it was not very good at all

Close to the Renfe Cercanas train station Tres Cantos, store is also nearby. Friendly staff.

The hotel has an outdated look and feel, we couldn’t manage to regulate the air-con so it did feel quite hot at night, and the pillows were not great

I loved the master switch that turns off all the lights without getting out of bed. I loved that the room goes completely dark if you want to so you can sleep peacefully. It was clean, comfortable, and big enough. Totally worth the price.

The heating system was a bit loud.

People working at the hotel were extremely kind and helpful. The room was big and clean. There was a desk allowing to work conveniently.

The wifi reception was a bit poor in my room and I was dropping out from teleconferences every now and then. Otherwise all perfect.

The hotel entrance is a little hidden.

Excellent service and value. The staff were exceptional and provided me with a home away from home during my month long stay in Madrid. Close proximity to the cercania station provided easy access to the center of Madrid.

The location is good.

No fridge in the room and many things missing like soap and shampoo in the shower. There was a dirty towel left on the sink upon arrival. I booked a room with a big bed and a pull out sofa, but we got two beds pushed together instead.

size of the room is good, friendly staff

the beds are single beds, and I prefer double beds. With a single bed it feels that I am back home sleeping at my parents house.the dinner menu is limited, this is okay, but the quality is questionable in my opinion

Staff is very friendly and helpfull. The beds are confortable, room is spacious. Possibility of "room service" (order and pick it up at the bar), bar has a good menu and serves every day.

Wifi connection in my room would not allow me to work, i had several meetings that were interrupted because of lags in my video, breakfast is basic, i find it is not worth the price, noise isolation is terrible, easily you hear people coming in & out of their rooms as if they are coming in your own room, stains of leaks on the ceeling and walls,

This was a really nice clean comfortable hotel. Front desk staff were really nice and helpful, thank you very much! For example, I had an early flight and a really early good taxi was reserved for me smoothly. And cleaning staff nice also, with excellent service, the room was spacious and cleaning was done excellently. Internet was also good. There were also a great reasonable supermarket nearby at the station, and also nearer mart which was also quite useful. I was visiting friends so did not have the opportunity since eating with them, but the hotel restaurant looked very nice also with friendly atmosphere. Really nice and comfortable stay, thank you very much!

The bathroom tap was hard to handle, the breakfast was the same every day, the milk in the coffee machine had loads of sugar, mugs too small, the breakfast personnel not speaking English well
