Very and helpful staff, clean ans new facilities

Heating/air-conditioning not functioning well

I had a great stay at this hotel in Tres Cantos. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, always willing to help. My room was cleaned daily and always on time, which I really appreciated. One of the best parts was the free parking — it’s on the street, but I never had any trouble finding a spot, even during busy hours. Overall, everything was comfortable and well-organized. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Staff were very friendly and hospitable. The rooms were clean and modern. The hotel and rooms looked better in real life than they did in the photos on Booking. I would recommend. Perfect for a peregrino walking the Camino!(Special thank you to the man on reception early morning who offered me a free coffee - thank you!)

Staff kindness, clean, location, facilities

Modern hotel with underground parking. Very clean and only 4 years old.

No information about local restaurants. They only do breakfast.

For me the most important thing is the location, which is perfect.

Temperature. It was bitterly cold outside, and the room was not heated. The bed had one thin summer weight duvet on. On the second morning I asked for another duvet to be put in my room, which they forgot, but supplied one very quickly when I asked a second time.

The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

The shower was very poorly designed. The door opened inwards which meant you had to squish yourself into the corner in order to close the shower door.

Large rooms, super modern and very clean.

The breakfast could be improved.

The air conditioner temperature is controlled by the hotel. It was too hot for us.

Location

They have no bathwear in the bathroom. It's strange that such an ambitious hotel can't provide shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom and we had to buy everything in a supermarket

The room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfy. I could park right next to the hotel for free, which was a bonus. The people at the front desk were really nice and helpful.

There were some discrepancies between the brochure and the actual amenities provided. Specifically, the brochure stated that two complimentary water bottles would be provided, but only one was present in the room. Additionally, on Sunday morning at 8:30 a.m., housekeeping was vacuuming in the hallway adjacent to our room, which caused noise disturbance.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well looked after. From the first entry into the car park to the simple check-in process it was nothing short of exceptional. Pablo on reception in particular was so helpful and is a great asset to the hotel. The rooms are very nicely finished and whilst simple in design the finish was at a very high standard, especially at this price point. The hotel was very accommodating and supported me in having a work-related meeting providing lovely coffees throughout. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
