but very poor setup of the room, not good value for a supposedly 3 stars hotel, not recommended at all

The place was comfy and had everything we needed for our stay. Also the staff is super friendly and you can ask them for anything.

The location is a little bit of a problem, especially if you want to go to the centre, but definitely not A PROBLEM, you have the bus and taxis at a very reasonable price.

Pool not available. No hairdryer in room. Only 1 at reception and had to ask for it

The room was good and clean. Private shower and toilet. There was TV and good Internet.

The table was broken. The shower space is cramped but manageable..

Clean, good facilities and parking spots available. Highly recommended

A straight room with everything. Very helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Good bus connection to the city and parking available at the place.

Not a great view.

Location was good for us as it was near the park my husband does his tai chi class on a Sunday morning after a day in Granada for Día de la Cruz on the Saturday. It's also close to a big Carrefour and near Nevada Shopping Centre. A quiet area. Comfortable bed, large walk-in shower with good water pressure. Very nice buffet breakfast. Free parking at the front of the hotel which we were happy to use (they also have an underground carpark at cost). Very welcoming receptionist. There is a bar and a comfortable lounge area.

Basically a prefabricated building so thin walls and when somebody's door closed it was noisy and the walls vibrated a little. To be honest we were so tired after a long day in Granada we slept like logs! There was no actual ensuite bathroom in the room! The facilities were there but separate and opening into the room. Weird. We couldn't understand it as the bedroom was very big with a lot of wasted space.It was expensive but we think this was because it was a special fiesta weekend in Granada.

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. On my first night, I discovered bed bugs in the room. I had to leave the room at 4 a.m., which completely ruined my stay.The overall condition of the room was poor (questionable cleanliness, uncomfortable bed). A horrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.

It was very noisy at night. Sound protection is very poor. We could barely sleep due to loud noises. Garage entry is very loose. Don‘t park there if you have a SUV

We had already checked in online to save time as per email.... yet the receptionist scanned all of our passports and done another check in anyway, so a complete waste of time. The receptionist was also abrupt and unfriendly.Bathroom areas are not private, therefore not ideal for families with teenage daughters.Our room also had questionable things wiped on the walls...so not the cleanest.

It was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. We slept in a room with an open window taped shut all night. Let alone a 3 star, it's not even a one star. The room was extremely dirty and unpainted. The worst part was that the glass doors in the bathroom and toilet were almost transparent. When you entered the bathroom or toilet, both your body and every sound could be seen and heard by the people there.

The breakfast options need improvement with more variety. Also, there are no fresh juices available. Mobile charging point not near the bed.
