Very clean and very quiet it’s walking distance to town area and bus very near

The stuff was lovely

The hotel was very clean, the staff helpful, the bed comfy and the shower brilliant.

The hotel was a long way from the city centre and over 10 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop to take us into the city centre. Apart from the hotel "restaurant" there was only one other restaurant we found within reasonable walking distance and that was chinese. The room decor was dark and we found it depressing. The rooms were very small, so much so there was only space for one chair between two of us. When we left the room with the windows closed, it had an unpleasant smell like stinky drains. The menu in the hotel restaurant was very limited, particularly for my wife as she is vegetarian.

The staff was so nice, they moved the reservation for two days later on our request, event the reservation was non refundable. The room was clean, nice, a little bit small, but value for the money. It is very accurate with the photos.Parking available on the street.

The reception she was very rude the way she was talking was not professional at all and I didn’t like the way she was challenging that the hotel is the same rate as booking and she was wrong and didn’t apologize.

Have stayed many times at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable.The food in the restaurant is good .

Great location and friendly staff! We were traveling with 2 small dogs and they were very accommodating. (10 euros a dog- 5 kilo dogs) Easy parking outside or in garage and dinner and breakfast nice.

I really don't understand why this hotel is rated as 1*. After going through the reviews and images I decided to book it and it was a good decision. In terms of amenities and sizes it could easily be a 3* hotel. It has an open reception 24h, offers breakfast and has a restaurant for dinner, rooms have some amenities, has underground parking, hairdryer, all rooms have private bahtroom, well heated, did not hear any noise... Yes, the room is a bit small, especially if you travel with a child, but I have stayed in NH and other chains that had similarly sized rooms and were 3* hotels. The staff was super nice, we were a group of 9 people,3 families, and we would use it again if we were to spend 1 night in Granada.

Nothing that I could complain about, considering the price paid, the service was above expectations.

Staff were exceptionally kind. Room was lovely and warm. Great location. Close to the Granada city centre. Huge choice for shopping. We would like to thank the staff for giving us a kettle to the room. Nova days most of hotels have a kettle or coffee machine in the room, not in Ibis hotels. I think it would be a huge bonus.

Food and location..friendly helpful staff. Clean throughout. Lovely Cena de Noche Buena and very reasonably priced.

Would have preferred a better stocked bar..for those wet evenings!! Ran out of vodka, Baileys. No we didn't drink it all lol.

Good rooms and breakfast. Well lit and quiet.

Could do with another pillow and the topper kept moving away from the other single creating a hole (supposingly being a double bed).

Small towels missing

For a quiet, clean and comfortable bed in a very friendly little hotel this is perfect. The location will never set the world alight but it's close to CC Nevada shopping and ideal for a hospital visitor far from home, as I was. Lovely hit shower. Well heated room. Great dinner too and a good glass of wine. Extremely friendly staff.

The property is nice and well kept. It’s close enough to get to the city center and there’s shopping and restaurants a short walk away. The hotel’s restaurant is surprisingly very good and decently priced.

There was a strong sewer smell at the end of the hallway on the first floor.

This is a brilliant budget option!! Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, decent breakfast. Location out of town but we knew this - took buses and cabs easily from nearby.As it was still warm the pool was open - no one else seemed to use it but us, but it was really nice to have a dip in the hot weather.

There were some bugs that had blown into the room on arrival.No glasses in room for water.

I loved Ibis Granada. The staff were beyond helpful, the room was lovely, the breakfast was excellent, and to top it off, the rooftop pool was everything we needed after a hot day. W accidently left our towels out drying after they'd locked the pool, and were out the next day before it was opened; when' we got back, they were neatly folded on an unused lounger. I thought that was lovely of them.

The location was a little industrial, which meant that we had to eat at the hotel unless we wanted to drive somewhere. That didn't prove a problem though as the food was also excellent.

Very convenient for hospital & motorway.The parking was very easy & convenient by hotel.The male staff were extremely friendly & helpful.

The room was small & cramped. Bathroom door nearly touching bed to open. No mini fridge, kettle,or pen/paper.No plug for phone by my little shelf. Wardrobe small,no drawers so OK for a night but not a longer stay.No bars or restaurants near.
