breakfast is limited to toast & coffee. saved by mcdonals at the end of the block.

Clean and functional, restaurant on site was very welcome after a late arrival.

Breakfast was limited, and we weren't entirely sure what our options were.

The receptionist made it clear she didn't want to be there, and was rude and unhelpful. The whole place was very run down and in need of decoration. I opened the window for fresh air but all I got was a smell of stale cigarettes, on looking out there were hundreds ( this is not an exaggeration) of cigarette buts on the flat roof under the window , despite the only welcome note in the room was a warning that if we smoked we would receive a heavy fine.

Exceeded our expectations as always! We have been returning for years & continue to do so to our home away from home. Thank you, Tomas, for being a super host.

The room was large, well lit and clean. Free parking at the door, unfortunately no hair dryer. Anyway, everything.

The staff are friendly, the rooms are big enough and have everything you need except a hairdryer. Modern property, nice decor, all clean and tidy. Onsite restaurant, breakfast available from 7am. Staff friendly and helpful.

Friendliness of staff convenience of being within walking distance of Sierra Navada shopping centre.

Sadly lift broke down , with arthritis in knees was painful climbing stairs especially first flight with no handrails, thankfully by the time we booked out on the Monday it was repaired so no havi g to carry cases down.

Bedroom was fine. Limited parking outside hotel.

Breakfast was merger, coffee machine empty after only 4 guests. No evening meal, Menu del Dias only served at lunch time.(Not hotels' fault but road works outside made reaching the hotel VERY difficult).

Receptionist on arrival was friendly and courteous. We had a problem with a continuous noise the first night from an unknown source(possibly generator) and the night duty guy was extremely helpful and as he couldn’t find the source of the noise moved us to another room at 4am so we could get some sleep. Menu del dia was good and value for money.

The late notice from the hotel of roadworks in front of the hotel. We were informed that this had just started. This was not the case as the road to the hotel is one-way for through traffic and there is nowhere to off load luggage. You have to find a parking space in a side road and walk with luggage to the hotel through the roadworks. This has being going on for months. Not ideal. Also more information regarding getting into the centre should be available I.e. bus and the Metro. Metro is by far the easiest method of transport into the centre.

Convenient location, cheap and cheerful, nice staff, restaurant on site. Short taxi ride to centre €6.50. Roadside parking, lift to bedrooms,

Drains little smelly, noisy neighbours ( not their fault)

I like the room, bathroom and location were good.

I did not like their breakfast. It was very poor, we were just offered a bread with butter or a croissant....

The hotel has changed for the worse.

Too much noise, and a real change in attitude of the hotel staff....for the worse!!! Only plus was the attitude of the restaurant/bar staff

The stuff (The receptionist in the Night Shift ) was arrogant and didn’t pay well attention to us and wasn’t helpful at all . The beds are really old and make a lot of noice when sleeping . The privacy is zero because the you can hear every single word from the beside rooms . The sheets are really thin and the room was really cold . The toilets are not clean enough and there were no soup . The breakfast disappointed me , I don’t exaggerate it was only a small piece of bread with jam or tomato pase with olive oil and a cup of coffee or a too small cup of juice . I definitely don’t recommend it at all .

Bar staff,

Humming noise all night long. No Kettle to make a cup of tea. No hair dryer. No info left in the room about safety,

the reception looks good and the restaurant offers a good variety of food.

No toilet brush, ugly curtains and old windows (You can hear the traffic noise).

does not corresponds to description..rooms not soundproof…you can hear staff outside and bathromm noises from other rooms..broken bathtub..5euro for double bed..not mentioned on booking.com..breakfast just horrible..one small bun with margarine and jam, coffe from vending machine…asia budget style not Europe…car scratched in the morning
