Great location and good facilities

Very few nearby restaurants open on Sunday in May. We took hotel buffet which at € 25 per person is way overpriced.

Good welcome from reception, great room, ocean facing, seemingly good facilities. Perfect location for beach and town/restaurants etc.

The barrier to the carpark, awful. Closing the pool from 15.00 to 16.00 - Ugh. Not opening the pool until 11.00. I think there was a number if coaches in, which meant breakfast was a bit of a free for all.

Pool was closed - no chairs. Had the buffet one night, but it was very "common". No sparkles with the buffet.

I liked the swimming pool,the garden,outdoor restaurant,the room,your staff,the breakfast.

I didn't like the decoration of the entrace, the lobby, the gym, and all the first floor.The decoration should be changed for a modern style.

There was a fight in the next room to us. One man was arrested, and the remaining 2 people in the room were shouting all night.We found a cockroach in the bathroom behind the toilet, the cleaner came immediately, killed it with bug spray, we were then relocated on the 6th floor to a "better" room, another cockroach this time next to the sink. Staff tried their best.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast times and selection were OK and the pool zone was nice. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and there is a nearby supermarket. The room had a small fridge and ours had a nice terrace with a pool view.

For a 4 star hotel the breakfast selection could be improved, particularly of fruit.(only bananas and oranges) and hot options. Similarly in the rooms there was no toothpaste provided and no iron available from reception. Small things that you would expect in a 4 star hotel. Pool towels were also not provided. However for us the main disappointment was that the morning we were due to check out there was a complete loss of electricity and water for at least an hour and a half, right before checkout time. We asked for an extra hour to get showered and organised before leaving due to the inconvenience and were told this was not allowed and to be 'as quick as possible'. This basically left us with 10 minutes to get ready so as not to miss check out time and incurred a penalty. While the loss of power/water was beyond the control of the hotel I would have expected better customer service a day some small consideration of the inconvenience cause.

Lovely hotel to stay, clean, amazing staff and great location

Next door guests were extremely loud and could hear everything all night long. There were like 4 adults in that room.

The air conditioner is set at 24 degrees. In The room is not adjustable. You need to go down from the fifth floor to the reception and ask to set the room temperature to 22 degrees. Then at night when a cold in The room, you have again to ask to raise to 23 degrees....

Close to the beach. Service was good. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The garden is nice.Calm area, not noisy.

Couldn't have access to the parking immediately. Must be mentioned that it must be booked in advance. Otherwise it is complicated to park in this area.

Rooms are small and basic. Not worth the hefty price tag. I found hair in the shower drainage from previous guests. Staff do not speak English and are not helpful. Following paying for 2 days of parking, following checking out, they didn't allow us to keep the car for a couple of additional hours. They weren't helpful. This is despite us arriving at 11:30pm and checking out at 1pm on the second day. A good 10 hours before second day was over.

Nice and cosy, the breakfast was good and the pool is nice.
