Hotel Rad

The room was comfortable.

No sleepers, only one channel tv, no refrigerator inside. There's no mineral water .. i water source from bathroom. It's expensive for 380 zł (couple) with that kind of facility.

Location

Cleanliness. There were bugs in the room. The water kettle was dirty and had yellow gunk inside like it has never been cleaned.

Spacious, clean and there's a quite entertaining club in the basement, serving a surprisingly good margarita.

The main advantage of this accommodation was having not only breakfast, but also dinner included in the price. Both in the form of rich buffet choice of delicious polish meals. Tram stop was just a minute away, so getting to the center / train station was very easy. Beds were comfortable and the hotel all-around clean. The room had a very powerful air conditioning.

Great hotel, ideal for access to the speedway track with great food and a nice bar. Recomended

No discount for guests in the bowling alley.

Stinky and unpleasant

Room with cigaretes smell. Very old and overused. For sure in given pictures it looks way better than in reality. Near my window there was some facility where people walked late in evening it was not cosy to fall asleep. After I asked by email to send me an invoice, they refused to do it. I stayed at maybe 20 hotels / apartments in Poland, this one was the worst of all in all aspects. Will never come back again here and not recommend others. Such places should be shut down or renovated.

Clean, nice little room.

Very noisy drunk people in the night. Without rar plugs it's impossible to sleep. Plenty of screaming in the hallway all night long.

All in all it was a quite good accommodation. The staff was very friendly, everything was clean. Good transport connections with tram 2 and bus 22.

Dinner was very meat-heavy, there were four to five types of meat, but hardly anything else.

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The bathroom was lovely, and the shower was super. The hotel was very clean and well kept. Plenty of free parking and close to town.

The apartment was advertised as having a double bed and a double sofa bed, to accomodate four people. I even messaged them to check this and they confirmed. However, the sofa bed was only a single so it was rather cosy. The bowling alley can be quite noisy, especially as people congregate outside the hotel drinking, smoking and chatting loudly until the early hours.

Actually this was the only one available at the area otherwise I wouldn’t stay there

The noise over the night (a big party or anything at the hotel that was impossible to take a rest/nap. The Staff didn’t react when I went to the reception desk asking for help)

A proper place to stay for transit or tourist reasons. A walkable distance from the city centre, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms, with a free parking.

The breakfast could be better. In addition, the tables were not the cleanest during breakfast.

The room was spacious, restaurant available, bowling on premises. Big parking in front of the hotel. Good coffee at breakfast. Tram stop going to town close by. Airco and elevator available. Nice local beer in the pub :)

Food could be better. No options for vegans, no gluten free options. Mostly meat. The room has seen better days, could use some refreshing. No place to put cosmetics in the bathroom.

Everything , well organised hotel , very clean , staff very friendly, food was very good ?

The only thing was that mattresses in my room felt that they need changing, this effected quality of sleep, otherwise its all thumbs up

Boiler fault during our stay. We only had cold water.

Good food, mattress comfortable, location reasonable , ladies behind the Reception were very friendly & helpful and cleaning lady looked well after the room ? ( thank you for woda niegazowana).

The first night I stayed the party below my room lasted until 3am so I couldn't get any sleep. Other than that everything was not bad. The bathroom looked scruffy , wifi very poor connection and they could improve the cleaning standards around shower cabin area.

popr hygiene all over the hotel room. dirty walls, dust everywhere and a piece of ply wood under the bed. looked like someone got killed in the room. and it was meant to be a business room. went to IBIS instead

We stayed for 5 nights but we did not get the room cleaned

Very good breakfasts and dinners. Close to the center.

Unfortunately, very small rooms, we were with a partner and a small child, after providing a cot for a child, for which, thank you very much, we did not have room in the room for any movement. Rooms without air conditioning. I had to ask for cleaning the room, changing towels and baskets myself, detailing everything that needs to be done for the receptionist. The service in the rooms should be without asking every day.
