Hotel Rudnik

Very good location, friendly stuff, clean and access to the lake’s beach. I really appreciated the possibility to rent a bike and enjoy rides and walks in the woods. The message offer was also great ( especially kobido one!). I can recommend!

I enjoyed the location being in a peaceful area and near the lake!

I wish my Balcony would be facing the lake to have a better view.

The location of being right next to beach area.I requested a beach view room which was given to me and was ok for 1 night stay.Bed was comfy and facilities was basic but as I say for 1 night it didn’t matter

No tea or coffee making facilities in room.No fridge.Food included for half board was ok but not perfect as wasn’t very hot and not a lot of choice.

Amazing place on the shore of amazing lake. Very comfortable rooms, clean and good food.

Problematic if you have other requests. Due to medical reasons can’t drink caffein drinks like tea and coffee unfortunately that was to difficult and on the question can I swap usual room sashes with herbal ones from hotel restaurant was made as really difficult and made me feel bit uncomfortable.

Nice location, just few steps from the lake. Hotel beach quite small, but another beach just next to it with life guards.Really nice place.Staff ok, but as a person who used to work in hospitality for years, my expectations are higher. The best staff member, most polite and helpful, always happy to assist was Martyna from breakfast. There were few things:Sockets were coming out of the wall, but it was fixed quicklySome drawers were not cleaned, rubbish left from previous guestsLots of spiders in the rooms, really lots, I know it's nobody's fault, but maybe some treatment should be provided to minimise the amount of themNo housekeeping at all, to have rubbish taken out or for extra toilet roll we had to ask all the timeCar park issues - as a hotel guest I would expect to be able to park on the hotel car park always during my stay, no matter the time, when I came back in the late afternoon from a trip to Malbork, there was nowhere to park, only because of the people coming for a day on the beach, not fair, parking should be for hotel guests onlyI would probably not even mentioned anything, if only I was asked at the check out how was my stay, so I would have been able to address my issues but staff didn't seem to care.Some staff members in restaurant were really rude, and not helpful, luckily Martyna was there most of the days.The play room for children would benefit from some additional attractions

The location is great: at the lake. There is a cute, little pool to swim, if the lake is not your thing and 2 saunas at no extra cost. The beds were comfortable, staff helpful. At the beach you will find a bar offering drinks and food. The beach is small but equipped with parasols and lounge beds, very pretty.

Food could offer some options for vegetarians (vegans, you will eat only tomatoes and cucumbers for breakfast with your bread, if you’re lucky enough to eat gluten). Even scrambled eggs were with ham. Dinners: boiled potatoes with some salad was the only option.

Great place on a lakeshore, beside city beach. Good breakfast and lunch, good personal, quiet place.

Nice and clean place and helpful personnel. Good value for the money. It has a nice pool and sauna :)

A little upgrading of the rooms.

It was so lovely visiting my hometown again and bringing my 2 year old to the country for the first time! I'd like to say a big thank you to all of the staff who made the experience amazing. The kitchen staff, cleaners, and reception were all very welcoming and friendly.Reception: two of the ladies we came across (I'm so sorry I didn't get the names!) we're super friendly, and even interacted with my little one.The man behind the desk (mainly worked evenings) helped us out with getting water at night time. The cleaners were so quick to get us the extras we needed. The man who worked in the restaurant was always smiling when we came down for breakfast/dinner, and even ran after us to our room with our room card when we accuse left it on our table, whoops! Thank you:The room itself was a 5/5!! l'm annoyed as I forgot to take pictures, but please take my word- it was amazing. The bathroom and the room were very spacious and most importantly CLEAN! The beds were very comfortable, I'm definitely going to miss those. And the cot that was set up for the little one had a pillow and a blanket and was the perfect size. lovely shower, air con worked perfectly, plenty of storage space, hair dryer available from reception, and plenty of plug sockets too including some by the bed which made it easy to charge our phones.The food was different everyday which was another positive. It was nice for my partner to try different Polish meals, but there was always something for everyone. Restaurant was in a perfect location to watch the sunset whilst eating too!:The sauna, the swimming pool, the kids play room, and the pool tables are all free which I was impressed by. You're definitely getting a good deal for your money as I know many hotels which charge extra for these things!Those are open till 9pm too which is great!I don't even think I need to talk about the location of this place - it is beautiful.

the TV didn't work but in our case it didn't matter as we didn't use it. The towel radiator also didn't work but wasn't much of an issue. It's a shame there wasn't a fridge in the room but thankfully our little one is slowly starting to stop drinking milk so that didn't bother us too much. However other than that it was perfect:)

They were waiting for me late night. Thayt was perfect, and I love their spacious parking place which was grat enough for my trailor.

Nice hotel indoor pool and has a good location on the beach.

They cater for occasions and parties at the weekend that go on until 4am in the morning, and the noise is unacceptable for anyone who wants to sleep. and has a room near the function suite.There is no cleaning of the room all week even though it was requested

The place is nice.

There was a very loud party lasting until 4:30am. Staff did not warn us about it nor offer any way to actually be able to sleep or even sleep until a bit later.

Friendly, helpfully staff, Good price, good location, room, breakfast, dinner, everything is alright.

All guests in the sauna wore bathing suits.

The staff was super friendly. Hotel is next to a lake. They have a wonderful children's room. Good facilities to be with children.

The pool was 25°C. A little cold to be with small children. And it's working hours are only from 10 in the morning. The breakfast and dinner were avarage.

Cleanliness on very high standard, Reception staff very professional, on side breakfast/dinner staff ok but is still alot of room for improvement specially in breakfast time.

First day after breakfast my daughter was stopped and advised that she can't take bottle of yoghurt which she already half drunk so we left it (staff throw yoghurt to a bin). We stayed in hotel Rudnik for 10 days and unfortunately in 15-20 occasions we saw guests leaving breakfast area with sandwiches, yoghurts, bananas which was very upseting to see as staff not reacted to that but was very happy to stopped a child. Also no fridge in a room.

Friendly staff; clean rooms; great breakfast and dinner choice.

Clean hotel at mini-beach in the forest. I unpacked my bicycle and could access the town center easily by a straight path through the forest. Breakfast quite good. The only downside was that the walls are thin. I listened to the phone conversation by one of my neighbors. But as a late booker, I tend to get the left-over rooms.
