Unfortunately the elevator was not working.

The location in Ainsa was very convenient, there was ample parking and the staff was very nice and efficient.

Our room was extremely outdated and lacking all charm. It was dingy and I was glad we had only booked one night. The towels were scratchy and the sheets felt cheap. The price seemed fairly reasonable, but not for the quality of the room. This place is ready for an update, which is desperately needed!

Location is great. Parking is easy to see when you head to the hotel.The staff are friendly.The room was clean and comfortable.The breakfast is great and the croissants are the BEST we had in all of Spain.

Some staff were smoking under our windows. The rooms are non smoking. But you should be able to open your windows ?

Very friendly staff. Super easy check in.Great location, walled city within walkingdistance. Huge restaurant area, bar open late and big parking area.

The property catered really well for cyclists. They provided secure bike storage and gave each cyclist a bike lock on arrival. They had a bike wash and lots of information about local MTB rides. Checkin time of 1pm is fantastic. The whole town has a good vibe, full of cycle tourers, mountain bikers, motorcyclists and walkers.

A lovely little hotel that has just been renovated a good restaurant and bar fantastic staff and free parking we traveled by motorcycle and will be back .

Great location for accessing town. Plenty of on-site parking. Restaurant and bar onsite. Breakfast was good. Room had a lovely balcony with views of Anisa and the Pyrenees.

On site parking which would be a bonus in the Summer. Great location

The hotel was easy to find with off plenty off road parking in an enclosed courtyard. The room was fairly basic but the bed was comfy. The evening meal in the restuarant was very good and well priced. The breakfast likewise was very good and good value. We were passsing through so cannot comment on the town. There was a bike workshop and cleaning area on site - I didn't need it (my bike was unused on the roofrack) but I think it would be a good base for cycling trip.

The room was basic without any sofa and a few free TV channels.

Secure free parking and good location for walking into the old town.

The breakfast could have been a bit more organized. Only one coffee machine and very little in the way of cooked options

I’ve been staying at this hotel on and off for the last 13 years. Frankly it’s looking passed it’s best and is in need of a refurbishment. It’s had a coat of paint on the exterior, but the interior has not changed in these years. It’s time to invest!

Despite a lack of investment, the price has risen considerably. Which given the out of date interior and tiered looking fixtures and fixtures, seems inappropriate. I’ve attached the photo of the chipped bath, which is pretty poor.

Clean, decent but basic rooms. Great parking and great location in Ainsa. Very central. Breakfast buffet just about ok, if you wanted it.

Rooms are pretty basic, but then the price is modest.

Lovely location in a nice town. The hotel was very welcoming.The rooms are spacious and with a good shower and there is ample parking.
