    Pros +

    • Staff, especially Nestor at the front desk, were very professional, courteous, and helpful. The spa circuit was nice, as was the outdoor pool & pool bar area. Breakfast was good.
    • Location was near restaurants around the small town
    • Garden and pool

    Cons -

    • The spa circuit wasn't very well explained by the staff at the spa. The access to the thermal pool and cold pool were clear, but there was no explanation of whether other rooms like the Turkish bath or sauna were included in the experience.
    • Nestor at the front desk was the only person to be kind. The old lady at the bathhouse was very rude and seemed like she did not want her job. The same goes for one other woman at the front desk who never shed a smile. The hotel was completely booked, so getting a parking space was a struggle, the pool was dirty and there were no chairs available we had to take a towel and sit on the floor by the pool. The card doors always got deactivated we had to go 4 times downstairs to get them reactivated and we made sure not to put them close to other cards or near our cellphones.
    • The staff wasn’t nice at all, we had to pay for the bathrobe, ( even though the stay was 180 $ per night). Breakfast wasn’t hoot either. Really disappointed for the price .

The buffet breakfast was excellent. More gluten free options would have been good, especially cereal.

The room we booked originally didn't have a view and was small with a king sized bed. We wanted a super king bed, so upgraded to a larger twin room with a view which catered to our needs very well.

cute town, had bars and restaurants; hotel has a nice indoor and outdoor pools.breakfast and dinner were both buffets and food tasted ok, no wine or water included with food . car parking on premises

The room smelled terrible of heavy cigarette smoke, hallways smelled very musty. The room’s air conditioner didn’t work , so windows had to be kept open and a constant VERY LOUD train goes by in front of the hotel windows. Only one very thin overly washed towel was given per person at this spa hotel with indoor and outdoor pools, without any way of drying it, since this towel didn’t dry overnight by itself: no bath robe to use in the spa. Required to wear a mask to walk into a hot thermal pool room area (!), but no mask was required anywhere else on the property (!!!), so this is very silly. No one spoke English to give any directions to explore the area or answer any questions

The breakfast and dinner. buffet was amazing. The gin and tonic at the pool bar was excelent. Congrats to the girl tender

    The room smelt smoke tabacco

Size of the room, room service.

Service at the reception and spa, horrible breakfast, try to sell stuff as extra, bathrobe, mask, cap for thermal spa, spa time reduced not even an hour.Trying to found mask in a village was challenging.

Small but very well arranged room with excellent air conditioning and very powerful shower.

    we liked everything.

The girl serving the pool bar. Great attitude and helpful. We arrived Sunday 10 July in the evening, and the guy at reception was more than helpful. But the staff in general were great.

The air conditioning a bit noisy, maybe because of the heat wave ?

    Great spots for Tesla charging!

The breakfast was very very poor. No eggs, sausage or anything consistent, basically bread and some old cheese. The rules in the spa are quite stupid, only a certain amount of time, wear a mask, wear a cap but nobody tells you ahead of time so you need to waste minutes with those rules.

    8NigelPosted on: 5-26-2022

From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely warm, friendly and very helpful. Given they almost never have guests from the UK the service was exceptional. Our room was vast, the indoor pool was a joy.

Parts of the accomodation are starting to look tired. Not all aspects of the spa were available I suspect they are a bit under staffed. All that said don't let a few negative observations put you off staying.

    7MichaelPosted on: 12-9-2021

The pool and the quiet location.

The fact none of the spa rooms were open yet the price/night remains the same. I stayed during the long bank holiday weekend in Dec 2021 and therefore it was very busy. Access to the pool was restricted.

Friendly staff and the outdoor swimming pool is excelent with warm water.

One or two times late afternoon/night a train passed close to the place making some noise.

    3JezPosted on: 9-6-2021

Near to my destination ( wedding). Otherwise not much to recommend about this pla e except that the other options nearby are worse

Bathroom cold tap ran warm, no toothglasses in bathroom, wide cut out at 12 midnight of thereabouts. The only available coffee/drinks were available from late afternoon from a shed in the garden. Staff were fairly un smiley. The cafeteria by reception was never open. They claim to be 4 star but I would give them 2 and a half.

    9IanPosted on: 8-19-2021

Clean modern room, comfortable bed, room facilities excellent. Quiet hotel in general. The spa swimming pool was excellent. Gym was good. The arab bath “Baño del moro y de la mora” is worth at least one session (extra cost). Short walk to the village.

Not a criticism, just a piece of advice: book your spa circuit on arrival. All other spa bookings at the spa reception itself, be prepared for a bit of a wait as they need to do some paperwork. The swimming pool is a 45 minute seasion so turn up on time.

Pool was very nice. could have been warmer. THE PERSONNELL IN THE DAYTIME WERE EXTREMELY HELFFUL.

person in the breakfast room was picking up the used dishes and then putting new ones on the table without washing his hands. Very, very bad during anytime, especially during pandemic.Air conditioning did not work very well. The night person did not help very much with thatToo many flies and mosquitos.
