Holiday Inn Express Valencia Bonaire By IHG

The location

The staff was rude. We are from Colombia, staff wasn't friendly at all.

Fast efficient check in and out. Nice breakfast

Room and bathroom wasn¿t that big.

It was close to a shopping mall. A supermarket is literally less than a two minute walk from hotel. Close to airport.

Room was too small.

The price and the amenities including free parking, Wifi, and free breakfast.

The location has no easy access to the highway leading to the airport.

Very confortable bed easy access and parking

Even No slipper

Nice staff

BAD BAD HOTEL ! DIRTY. NOT CLEANED

Location, parking. Breakfast was nice but missing boiled eggs

Bed was not comfortable and i couldnt able to sleep, also towels had a vinger smell, maybe too old towels.

The proximity to the city center and the convenience of it being a hotel that is an American Chain therefore its more closely suited to American Standards versus smaller rooms which is typical in Europe.

It was a little hard to find off the highway but thats because we arrived late in the evening. In the morning it was fine

Proximity to the airport. They packed a breakfast bag for us as the flight was very early.

Easy to get in and out. Very well appointed rooms and comfy bed. Lovely shower

Breakfast needs some work.

Nice room and clean. Good location, near by the airport and a shopping center.Staff very nice and good breakfast.

We were assigned 2 twin beds, which was disappointing. Nevertheless the beds were comfortable. But we understood that they were completely booked. Also, because of it being totally booked, it was a bit noise at night.

The people were so friendly they were helpful. They called us a cab and gave us sandwiches because we were too early for breakfast. It was very sweet of them to do that. I would definitely go to this hotel again.

Nothing it was all good. she even told us about a shopping mall that was connected with the hotel where we spent our relaxing time at dinner too

Enjoyed the bar as it was unexpected but needed by the time we arrived. The staff was always helpful and a joy to be around.

Close to the airport

It was all ok. Could have provided food during the blackout as it was impossible to get any dinner

The location was conveniently near the airport and with a shopping centre next door. Nothing else around.

The bed was OK but not as comfortable as I would have liked. The room was OK but furniture seemed flimsy.

Its very clean, and very nice staff. Breakfast is very good!!But the location isn’t that good. Its not that close to airport because you have to take turns to get out/to the hotel from the driveway. Also the gps shows roads which are not existent. We booked one room for 4 people, and on the sofa bed, we only got a blanket with a sheet, but not a normal bedsheet.

Excellent value for money, beds were okay but especially the location was great. It is near a new shopping mall with a lot of dining options. For the location it was very quiet (you can request a room on the back of the building if necessary). Also nice breakfast with more then we expected.

Clean, warm, modern, nice staff, wonderful
