Hotel La Laguna Spa & Golf

The swimming pool area was really beautiful to just relax and enjoy the sun and surroundings.

Hotel was wonderful! Met all of our expectations although the room we had was really outdated for a four star rating.

The location, the surroundings, the staff. The garden!

The rooms are a little too small and somehow outdated. But it is very clean and comfortable!

In the pool area no music it’s quiet Food in the pool area was not wow very simple and service was not at there best ☝️

The facilities were great. The whole presentation of the hotel. Especially the rooms was perfect. The AirCon was an absolute prize winner!

The only thing I would like to say is I wish the pool was open for longer, it would have been nice to jump in the pool when it had cooled down. The pool was lovely and couldn't knock it at all. Just the timings.

Very friendly staff made check in easy. Didn't need them for much more but they were always great when we did. Rooms are a nice size, a/c is perfect and a nice little terrace. Fridge is also an added bonus.Hotel is lovely. We weren't there on holiday so didn't take full advantage of all facilities

No real complaints but the corridors are a hundred degrees. Really noticeable when you step out of your room. Didn't have dinner there as it looked overly fancy for what we wanted, but i'm sure it was great for those who did. Small detail but why don't you sell Spanish beer on draft? So many great beers around but the hotel has Heineken & Amstell??

The pool. However weren’t not able to use it because by the time we’re ready to swim it at least to go the jacuzzi at 7 pm , the lifeguard lady told us that we need to pay 10euro each but we can use the oool because it’s past 7 pm and we can only use the pool ext day at 11 am the next day when we’re are checking out at 9 am. Ha? How’s that? Is the pool open for white Brits only who can afford to get their skin tan? What about Asian American like us? Likewise the way the lifeguard lady acted is too arrogant. Second observation is the bathroom amenities. No hair conditioner, waste basket could not be opened

Excellent breakfast. Had lunch x1 and evening meal x1 which were also excellent.We were attending our friends wedding at the hotel and this was excellent aswell. Our room was clean and housekeeping came daily and they were very pleasant too.Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

We would have liked to be able to have our own drinks around the pool aswell as buying them from the pool bar.On one night in the bistro, one member of staff was not as welcoming as all the other staff had been on our previous visits there.

Room service food is sub-par, and over priced for the quality. But it's edible.An easy way for the hotel to boost the appearance of value on the food, but barely increasing costs or changing the menu, would be to simply increase the amount of chips, which is very small to start with.2 of the 4 car chargers was out of order the duration of the stay. It didn't appear to be and reported as working in the app, but it couldn't be initiated due to errors.

The weather

Stayed April 24 and had great time. Booked again in Sept 24 for April 25. What a disappointment. No one notified us of the pool closure from 14th October 24 to 1st June 25 and refurbishment works which were scheduled after our booking. Had we known we would have cancelled our booking. Had a week of noise, dust and disruption and no pool or surrounding area to use. Staff failed to resolve complaint and fobbed us off with free water and passes for spa which is no substitute for a week of open air pool and sunbeds. Made a formal complaint and failed to resolve. Will now take legal action to get it fully addressed.

Breakfast very good. Parking close & extensive, very good. Restaurant had interesting and wide choice.

Not much else in the immediate area, such as restaurants & bars.

Breakfast was very disappointing and the rooms were far to warm ,,, a lot of people complaining about this.I heard another couple complain and the man working a the desk just dismissed them and was very rude and unhelpful

Breakfast is always excellent, room very clean and good size, bar area spacious, reception competent, overal the ambience of the hotel is excellent

the pool is shut for winter months, which obviously to the spanish includes March, there is no reduction in room rate, it would be nice if they offererd the use of the spa for free, as there is still a charge to use the facilities

Love the room and the food

Stayed many times and always loved the hotel. At time of booking I was aware that the pool was being renovated but thought it would be completed by the time we arrived. We accepted that and tried to book a spa to be told the jacuzzi wasn't working so couldn't enjoy that experience. Also we were resting on the last morning and disturbed by banging next door room 113 where some refurbishment was taking place. We left the room and had to drag our case over floor covering laid by the workman. A safety hazard as my husband is partially blind. We will come again but hope this experience is is not repeated.

Breakfast cold, plugs in sinks don’t work, broken pedal bin, nowhere to walk, garden small, no tea/coffee in room, poor welcome, no guide of facilities
