Albir Garden Resort

The food was excellent a very varied choice and space to find a quiet corner to eat. The apt. had a selection of TV channels in english and the apt. was clean and well maintained and you could cook stove top food also microwave.

Although the apts. are no smoking if people smoking on their terraces/balconies near you its not possible to use yours as it is very smelly. People also smoke right outside reception doors and that makes it smelly and the staff must find that annoying.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days, but by day three, our entire family fell ill with norovirus — vomiting, diarrhea, fever, and exhaustion. Even our 1-year-old baby got sick, which was incredibly distressing.We also heard from other guests that they were experiencing the same symptoms. Clearly, this was more than just bad luck. On the last day of our trip, another member of our family got sick, showing the virus was still spreading.The hotel staff offered no real help, showed little empathy, and did nothing to prevent further cases. Hygiene standards were clearly lacking — the room was not properly cleaned, and public areas like the restaurant and pool didn’t feel safe or sanitary.We strongly urge the hotel to take proper precautions and implement serious hygiene measures to prevent the spread of this virus. This experience completely ruined our vacation, and we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Harrison and Gaspar did a really good job, one keeping the kids entertained another keeping the parents happy with drinks

The weather was a bit crap for few days, not they're fault and they tried so hard with extra entertainment.

Nice clean apartment, the patio door jammed but maintenance came and sorted it out. Beds very comfortable.

Cleaning needs to be improved. Furniture & decor is dated.

Nothing wrong with hotel only taxis were hard to get from hotel .

The apartment was clean and fresh and had a good feel. The Air Con and TV were good The kitchen was a little under equipped. Just enough for 2 people. No tea towels or washing up stuff. It did not bother us too much as we were out most of the day. The staff were all friendly and willing to help. It is eco friendly and a sustainable resort. We were self catering, most guests seemed to be all inclusive. It has a waterpark, which was well supervised and cleaned regularly.

Very noisy, furniture of living room was very dated, no where to hang clothes in the bathroom while showering. Was bad smell of waste pipe in bathroom. Needs to do updates

The location and hotel itself had everything been open or working would have been great.. BUT THIS WAS NOT THE CASE!!!

We booked a 2 night SPA BREAK!!!TO FIND NO SPA FACILITIES WERE WORKING OR OPEN!!!THIS WAS NOT STARTED ON YIUR WEBSITE. WE COULD HAVE STAYED SOMEWHERE MUCH CHEAPER WITHOUT FACILITIES!!!SO VERY DISAPPOINTING AND WILL BE REQUSTING A PARTIAL REFUND .

Central location and gardens layout

Not having been told beforehand that full ID is required to check in. This ID has to have your photo on it.Only passport or driving license or these details on your phone are accepted. I was annoyed that this information was not at hand when I made the booking from the UK

Close to shops and beach. All in walking distance.

A bit out dated. Needs an upgrade very noisy rooms. Specially when you stay in the main building above the dining room.

Good location, 12 mins walk from beach, good restaurants near, pool was lovely, breakfast had a good variety. Supermarket across the road was handy for grabbing things to cook myself.

No dish cloth or tea towels provided to wash dishes.

Very old housing and furniture. It is very noisy inside of the flat, you can hear everything from your neighbours.The restaurant was more than full and close to no service.
