Very outdated.. reminded us of the Overlook Hotel from The ShiningDivots in the hall floors under the 1970’s carpet. Peeling wallpaper border in the rooms. No blankets, only pea green bed spreads. And the final blow was having to rent the room safe!

The location next to the beach

The beds are hard me and a friend stayed in different rooms and she says exactly the same, air con is rubbish, didn't see any staff we had to call for them to come to desk, nothing for kids, the pool is on top of building and as nothing it's just a small pool everytime you mo ed I bed the bed moved away from the wall

The location, the room,the breakfast. Couldn't fault the hotel at all.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

It is a fantastic hotel in a privileged location, holiday-oriented (with a swimming pool at street level and another one on the roof, where a fantastic view can be enjoyed, a dancing floor, restaurant, beach towel rental, ... . The rooms are quite big compared to the usual size, with terrace (mine was facing the mountains), equipped with a dining table, a desk and a big bathroom. The underground parking was an added value.

The only factors that made me think it wasn't worth the money I paid were the furniture in general, old-fashioned and quite worn out (the carpets on the aisles had bald patches in many areas, the bed didn't look very comfy) and the food. Although the variety was ok, the breakfast buffet was composed mostly by "cheap ingredients" (the fruit juices made from flavoured-powder, for instance...). I expect more from a 4-star hotel. It's more in line with a 3-star hotel.

Great location on the beach. Ideal for walking to Altea, about 20 minutes. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

The rooftop pool was quite small and easily got very busy..

The hotel is located on the seashore, has all the necessary amenities for the tourist.At the reception we were greeted by ANGEL, who was extremely kind and attentive.

The proximity to the seaThe rooms are a little dated, but the size of the room and the view make up for it. Good value for money.

The location is great, rooms clean and tidy, bath lethal very slippy, needs a rubber mat in the bath, entertainment ??

The entrance and exit key card for the garage are not very well placed.

It was all good except I found the mattress too soft … perhaps needs updating! All baths should have non slip mats! Lovely in bar area ….. suggestion that pastries could be served there with afternoon tea!

Room excellent, my wife was happy as it had a plug next to a mirror and chair s she could do makeup and dry hair

Balcony could be bigger, but thats picky

The room was really spacious and immaculate. When we asked for a late check out, we were given it for free as the room wasn't going to be used that day.

Tea and coffee sachets were in the room, but there wasn't a kettle.

The rooms and corridors need some refurbishment they are quite dowdy and tired looking
