It is in need of updating. And the evening meal on our first night was not good

Hotel Lovely room food

Location up a hill

Comfortable beds, Wi-Fi satisfactory

Sea room ….sea visible in the distance over many rooftops. Very little info available as to hotel facilities, no TV info/guidance,,very small tv not suitable for hotel room, only two wall plugs .confusing layout of hotel facilities, difficulty in finding appropriate lift for accessing reception / restaurant etcRestaurant overcrowded,food poor . Breakfast food overcooked ,poorly arranged ,coffee machine dispensing watery liquid

the rooms are very basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfasts are meant to be good but we didn't test that. They offered us to 'take picnic' but it didn't open till 8 am- too loate for us.

Bathroom all worked but shower in need of updating. No anti slip mat provided for the bath. No safe. no water or coffee (but fridge provided)

Breakfast was plentiful

The door key card would never work the male receptionist got very angry but never came to look at the reader which was obviously faulty just kept giving us new cards.

The food and the staff

The mini bus only sat 8 and had to be pre-booked, as it only went every half hour..Taxi was only 3.50 euro and was more convenient

The rooms were clean

The breakfast wasn't the best. The hotel looks tired now with cracks showing. Coffee is out of a machine.

We booked a 2 night stay including New Year's Eve and were pleasantly surprised to find out the hotel were providing a 7 course gala dinner with entertainment for no extra charge. The hotel's Christmas/New Year decorations were excellent. The morning after the gala dinner we were pleased and amused to see the ingredients for Bloody Mary (vodka and tomato juice) and Bucks Fizz (cava and orange juice) were provided as part of the breakfast buffet. The 360 degree bar was a lovely place for a sun-downer with fabulous views over the mountains and the sea.

Finding our way around was a bit tricky as there were no direction signs in the corridors, for example which direction to turn for our room. When we went to the 360 bar we were told how to find it by a member of staff and then had to ask another guest for directions back to the main area!

Stayed for Xmas hotel didn’t really make the stay memorable Staff not helpful other than bar staff, was told there was a gala Xmas lunch but then had to pay 15 euro each to to go into Resturant lunchtime instead of dinner time

Would like to say a special thanks to Paula in the restaurant and Paco in the bar who made my parents stay so incredibly special …. Fabulous breakfast staff and hotel huge thank you

very nice hotel with nice staff and facilities

roof terrace was closed and a steep walk back up to hotel, although the hotel did provide a shuttle bus.

Lovely hotel away from the hustle and bustle, unfortunately a slight hill.Restaurant pleasant change from the norm, but something for everyone

The views and the good were amazing

The rooms are very dated and the air conditioning is old very noisy. Also the fridge don’t work.

The roof terrace closed. Rooms are a bit dated.

The Soa was a complete disaster, hardly anything worked properly

Our second visit which we enjoyed but disappointed by the bar staff.

The bar staff were mostly good but one man (called Paco I believe - never wore a name tag) was rude and charged different prices. He even told my wife that measures for spirits were typical UK ones. We weren't expecting charity just service.

Breakfast & dinner, most enjoyable, tasty, good variety, catered for all diets.The hotel is about a10mins walk-up hill from the bustop/taxi drop & beach. If you're fit & healthy the hill won't be an issue.

The room was nice, cleaned to a high standard and the bed comfortable, air conditioning was good.I personally, found one member on reception to be unhelpful & dismissive towards me & when asked why he informed me he'd had a busy day & I'm to return later, other than that, I recommend & I will return.

best hotel we have been in for breakfast so so much choice from hot food to cold food and beautifuly prepared
