Everything was perfect.

Everything about this stay was 10/10.Staff super friendly. Room so clean and spacious.

The pillows and beds were comfortable. Parking on site. Good location.

The nozzle of the shower face the incorrect way and ended up wetting all of the bathroom.

How clean and maintained it was

The workers there are very rude and helpless, especially Lolla, i think she is the worst between then,they have been saying no to every single request i had like when i asked for a glass to drink my water or a spoon or a plate to have my oatmeal , very well trained staff to be rude and helpless with a smile on their face

Would have been nice to have a small breakfast cafe or bar in the premises. Also my daughter (12) was not allowed up to my room for 5 minutes with me which seemed a bit too strict.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Hotel Alba! The service was outstanding, and every staff member went above and beyond to make our visit perfect. The rooms were immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, providing a wonderful ambiance for relaxation.The location was convenient and allowed us to explore the local attractions easily.

Pricey for what is was but everything in the area was expensive. This turned out to be a good value option.

Great location in the center of town. They have their own garage. Make sure and reserve a head of time if driving your own car. Very friendly staff.

Close to the airport, with shuttle service, rooms are nicely decorated. The food in the restaurant was nice and special.

The walls and doors are very thin, you could hear someone walking and talking in front of the door. The staff in the restaurant was self-occupied, it took hours to get a lunch.

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the railway station. There are also bars and restaurants nearby. The reception is open 24/7, and personnel is really nice and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and wi-fi was working well.

No breakfast (but I knew it at the time of booking, so it didn't come as a surprise).The air-con of the room stopped working towards the end of the stay.No shower gel in the shower.

location was perfect for our needs. This is a low cost hotel and value for money was great. Quiet, large room. Helpful reception staff. For €10/day you could use their parking garage.

Would have been good to have coffee/tea making facilities in the room, however I say again, this is a budget option and represented great value for money.

Clean, modern, well lit, spacious

The location was convenient but not beautiful. Needing to leave the keys at reception every time we left the room.

The front desk was incredibly kind and considerate. They went above and beyond to make my stay welcoming. They were also incredibly helpful. The room was really spacious and clean. I felt pretty comfortable and if I ever need a hotel in Valencia/Puçol, I am definitely staying here. Muchas gracias por todo!

I froze and caught a cold in a very cold room at the Alba Hotel. The heating of the room was turned on only for a few hours at night, and it was not enough to warm the room and bed. Next guest, note! There is not enough heating in the room during the winter season.

The room are very clean and the personal do their best to have a pleasent staying

On the site they say they have internet but it works like it doesn't exist. The cost for the parking is way to high.
