It was a little uncomfortable to have neighbors so loud in the next door room! Breakfast was a little bit poor.

Located across the street from the Monastery of Alcobaça. Room had a nice view of monastery. Free parking available at hotel.

No hooks in bathroom for hanging clothes. No kettle.

Tiny rooms

Great helpful staff. Great location as it is across the street from the Monestary, which was fabulous and peaceful! Breakfast offered a variety of foods. The room itself is older and worn, but clean and comfortable. Well worth the price.

Very convenient for the town centre and cafés and restaurants and right by the great Monastery.Very helpful staff on reception. Adequate breakfast buffet and good coffee.

Internet very bad, don't work at all

Tha stay at Hotel Santa Maria was pretty impecable, at a lack of better words. Everything was arranged for a quiet stay, although the Carnaval was occurring right in front at the Hotel. The room was extremely clean, very comfortable and with amazing natural light. Breakfast was served fresh everyday, starting at 7.30 am. Looking forward to going back!

The location and the view were exceptional.

Furnishings are very dated. Beds were uncomfortable.

I liked the room, it was clean and tidy, the bathroom was as well. After one night, the next day, the used towels were removed and put new ones.The breakfast was good, and while eating, we had a beautiful view in front: the Alcobaça Monastery.

The sleeping pillows were a little bit low, but I used the spare ones underneath. The TV channels weren't working very well, the image was not clear.

I arrived late and was well received. The lady at reception made me a nice cup of coffee. It is an old hotel,the style,but not the furniture, newly covered chairs, new beds and bedding. Very clean and spacious. I depart very early and could not try the breakfast. The hotel is opposite the .monastory, thus an excellent location and view.

The location is excellent. There is lots of parking

The radiator was difficult to control. I think it needs a new valve.

The location is amazing. The room is clean and of a decent size. The buffet breakfast, although quite simple, is convenient.

The bed linens are not the most comfortable. But for the price, it is ok.

The front desk, Christoph, was very kind with a good sense of humor and very accommodating.The room was comfy.The shower was hot and had a powerful stream.Complimentary soap and shampoo. Free and paid parking available.The location is excellent, close to shops, food and landmarks. Breakfast was satisfactory with plenty of available seating.

Walls a bit thin, could hear the neighboring room thru the night.Limited electrical outlets available.

All three were very good.

Parking in back lot is tough at night. It's every dark and a little walk to hotel. Parking garage should be free.

The location is amazing and breakfast is a good surprise for a 3 star hotel. Fresh fruit and good coffee.

Beautiful view of the monastery and breakfast was very good!

Couldn’t get our shower to work. Was stuck on water going into the tub.
