Vilamoura Garden Hotel

Staff was very friendly and helpful

Excellent hotel, I'm a returning customer, highly recommendedOutside all the commotion of Vilamoura but still convenient to access all the city amenities

Had a fantastic stay at Vilamoura Garden Hotel! The rooms were modern, spotless, and super comfortable. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. The pool area was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. Great location too—close to the marina and beaches. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was really nice - my daughter stayed in a Villa across the road so spent all my days over there, but the hotel was lovelyThe hotel staff were very friendly - I reported my Air Conditioning wasn't working to reception and it was sorted that same dayGreat Location with free shuttle bus from and to the Hilton across the road to the Marina daily - plus was able to use the Spa facilities at the Hilton should I wish to do soThe food was great - I was breakfast only and plenty of choice was on offerI would highly recommend this hotel for a stay - although not much for children to do other than the pool - best for Adults only stay

There wasn't anything I didn't like

Loved the water pressure, the breakfast, the pool, gym and homey feel

The insulation isn't the greatest, presume as an older hotel. Insulation in terms of noise. There was a noisy group on our stay however would still book again as wasn't a deal breaker otherwise nothing else to fault

Small hotel, not too busy. Able to use shuttle bus and children’s playground at the Hilton Hotel.

A pleasant hotel. A little tired in places but clean and comfortable.The room was spacious and adequate . Great to have 2 wardrobes and plenty of hangers! However the lack of plug sockets and mirrors was a real inconvenience.

Room smelt of smoke, as only ther for one night did not. Ask to change.Pillows , hard.

Clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds

bit to far out to walk into the marina area, not much surrounding the hotel

Clean and had everything we needed. The staff were excellent especially Pedro. Breakfast was great. Could not fault our stay.

The staff are very friendly and professional.

The room was not very clean, had a robe the had make up for other guest. The bathroom had the shower broken and the breakfast was very poor.

Lovely staff, gorgeous clean hotel in a lovely neighbourhood.

The property was really clean, great choice of breakfast. The staff where very pleasant. My fault the hotel was further out than what I realised but only £5 in a Uber.

The room had no mirror in the bedroom for getting ready and doing my hair and make up. There was not enough plugs for charging and plugging devices in. If I wanted to use the kettle I had to unplug the fridge. If I wished to use my hair straightener, I had to unplug the light and there was no mirror to look in that the cord would reach.

Clean, tidy, well maintained, aailable parking

Breakfast was very nice and they even took orders for eggs to be cooked for you. The pool was cold but the chairs etc were very nice. Had a nice lunch on the patio. Did not go to dinner as it started too late for us.

Lovely comfortable room. Staff were wonderful and very helpful!

Hotel overall is a little bit dated and both the inside and outside areas could do with a little revamp. Breakfast isn’t great and we ended up eating out for the majority of our stay

Breakfast was terrific and the room was comfortable.

Another bottle of water from room service would have been nice when they cleaned the room.

Location was great, was really clean and the staff were really nice and friendly

There was not hot water in the room, i had to keep waiting 10 mins and run the water. At one point they turned all the water off and then late that night the water was coming out yellow. The breakfast was also very Poor.

Warm welcome, the receptionist was very nice, we liked the friendly, helpful staff. The hotel was very clean. The bedrooms were large, and we got quiet room. There is a coffee set in the roomThe breakfast was very good. In the place free shuttle to the marina. The hotel has parking for free, we had enough parking near the entrance.

The water in the shower was not hot enough

The staff were lovely although the restaurant chap was continuing to multitask although did not complain. The house keepers were rude and only there purely for the job to be done.

The hotel is very run down not what l was expecting. The whole place needs a revamp. The carpets in the corridor are filthy and need removing there were dirty stains every where. The bed was so hard lol sleeping on a slab , we were there for one night only and would have moved hotel if we’re stopping for longer. Such a shame because the hotel in a lovely area.
