Didn't have breakfast

The handle of the shower fell off the first time we used it, luckily we managed to put it back on. Toilet door didn't shut properly.

Situation

Dirty, old, no 24h phone, for 15min we slept on the car on our way back

We stayed 2 nights.On our the way to go to Spain and the way back home, the morning after the first night my son was covered in insect bites, no mosquito, something else, a big rush in both arms and one leg, was one week to go away. The second night we found the hotel closed at 12:15. We slept in the car

Old and needs an update redecorate. Needs a good deep clean. Smells musty. Not even any croissants for breakfast.

Location and time to get in, helped a lot with the machine.

It was dirty, plenty of spiders and their nets. The bathroom door was broken, neither the shower was properly working.I found strange hair on my bed before I put me in. I had to use my sleeping bag.The worst thing: I was there the week before and I thought that was an isolated incident in the room, but this time I was in a different room and it was exactly the same.

Location was convenient.

There was no place to hang the wet towels except the bathroom door so it leaked on the floor. The room was poorly lighted. The bathroom was very small and the room was obviously old.

Clean bed sheet they were smells of smoke too bad. I couldn't sleep for entire night. And don't let customer smoke in hotel rooms.that was completely ridiculous.

given a room on the upper floor, stairs not very accessible microwave not available when we arrived at 9pm, and no refreshments/food available near by

It is what it is. You get what you pay for. Very, very small room with two twin beds.

It was a very small room with two twin beds. The bathroom was big enough to stand in. The shower was part of the bathroom...as in one, very small, plastic modular room.

Clean and cheap

Bed mattress uncomfortable and wrong position for dogs as right near reception so hard to stop them barking.. people arriving very late and leaving very early so didn’t sleep well and dogs prob disturbed others.. being further away from reception would have meant no barking..

Stayed in others Premuere Classe hotels before but this one was the best so far - better furnuture, more comfortable, very clean, has all necessary things you may need. Excellent for the price to stay night on long journey. And very good Asian buffet restaurant just 2 mins walk!

For this price all was good.

Price, presentation and location. Great value for money for a well priced good nights sleep . Easy yo find.

Nothing really.

The location is very convenient for a long trip across France and there are restaurants at walk distance.The breakfast was good enough for the price.

The room was smaller as expected for 3 persons (in fact all the rooms have the same size regardless the number of guests)The bathroom was not clean enough and the installation was quite old.

I asked 3 times by email for the invoice and they didn't send it to me.

Not worth it… it’s better to put the extra 20€ into a real hotel that has some sound protection… I didn’t sleep with the
