Staff was unhelpful and put us on the top floor, I specifically said I couldn’t go up stairs because I am pregnant and they took no consideration just to anting to charge us more for the trip, not pleasant and would expect more accommodating considering my situation.

Broken aircon. Mouldy bathroom. Tiny beds. No blackout curtains. Threadbare towels with holes in. Hot breakfast not refilled despite an hour before breakfast finished.Had better nights sleep for better value in a Premier Classe. Will not ever use this chain again.

Comfortable & clean, courteous, convenient, competitive cost. Pleasantly surprised.

Dinner was excellent, a choice of 3 hot mains plus a cold buffet plus dessert plus cheese and reasonably priced bottle of wine. Very good In deed.

Location was good for us as we were driving to Provence

We paid in advance for breakfast, due to be served from 7 to 10. The chef overslept and I, my wife and several others waited for them to arrive. No sign of the chef by 7.30 so we left because our journey could not be delayed. There was no member of staff anywhere to complain to. An awful start to the second day of our holiday. We’ll never use Kyriad again.

Basic, but clean, friendly and as expected.

Room was pleasant and with a comfortable bed.

I did not know there wasnt going to be a reception , What was stressful was that the directions explaining how to communicate with an actual person wasnt clear. I finally found a phone number attached somewhere which wasnt clearly indicated, to call in the event of confusion. Last thing you want on the arrival after 10 hours of driving.

Off the motorway easy to find Very clean and tidy Family friendly Lady on the front desk during breakfast and absolute star, polite customer driven and very attentive!

The fact that the site states that you have until 23.00 hrs to book in but was told that 22.00 hrs was the latest. You need to update the site with the correct time

We arrived very late as travaux on the A10/7 on our way to London from Barcelona, the check in was automatic through the machine at the front of the property so that was great as the reception was closed

Had no instructions about the self service check in and we were worried as the motorway was so slow and busy

Comfortable room, in convenient location. Ideal for overnight stay en route from UK to Spain.

Good family room for four people, comfortable beds and good breakfast buffet.Easy location with parking on site.

Heater was not functioning in the room. Diner was not of good quality and people not really flexible in accomodating needs.

I think I left my Samsung tablet in my room on my last visit. Just managed to check my house in France and it is not there. Could you please check if it has been handed in. Suzette Shardelow [email protected]

Breakfast, size of room

The long waiting time to eat supper. The lady at the receotion did a great job doing check-ins, answer the phone AND serve the meals, she was very polite despite the stressful situation. She did the job for 2 people.There should have been at least one more person to help.
