The room was clean and also the price we just stop for the night it is not our final destination so the price was correct

I arrived here with my two kids the hotel should informe that there was no towel to take a shower.this infoin the room they this service is not provided I could have bring one.Never mind too late

Room smelled of smoke, no towels, got locked out of room when I went for a shower (communal shower and toilet)

Perfect close to the autoroute located. We decided to stay for a few hours while driving to Spain and had a good sleep for great value. And ac worked awesome. We slept better than in the Campanile in Paris

One of the better F1s, you have a real duvet. People who manage the hotel, try to do their best of the circumstances - kept my bicycle in their administrative offices during the night.

Toilets and showers in the F1s are used by many people, dirty shortly after cleaned, WLAN did not work (en panne)

Easy to access, near highway, comfortable beds. Ideal to stop while traveling, but not to stay for a longer time.

No towels, received a different room than booked, the building was under construction while visiting. Bathroom was outside the building (probably due to the construction works).

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

Dirty rooms and bedding and bathrooms,immigrants living in the hotel, which filled most of the hotel, washing machine at the fire door which was open, wet washing in all the corridors , very noisy, breakfast very poor only toast and hot drink, when asked for the usual breakfast that’s normally served the receptionist just said no, smoking in the corridors, I did not feel safe at this hotel and was worried about my car

nothing....the bed was hard, toilets not clean, charged twice but did get money back, no one to speak to about getting into hotel as no one was answering phone or taking messages. There is no excuse to have such poor customer service and I really think providing a towel for a guest to use really isn't going to have a bog impact on the planet, this should be as essential as the sheets on the bed.

Wifi worked well on laptop, not on phone. Price was cheap. Self check-in was good. Fine for one night.

Hotel smelled of cigarettes and the toilet. Blanket had holes. Bedroom tap water didn’t taste right.

This hotel is awful! The photos must have been taken 20 years ago when it was first built or something like that... It's really run down, it's filthy and smells horrid. We really didn't feel safe staying there with two 2 women and a child. In addition to this, all doors to the rooms are keypad operated and my father has dementia and would not be able to get in and out of the room to use the toilet at night. We requested a refund after we arrived and saw the state of the property but we were denied. We had to pay for alternate accommodation. I'm beyond disappointed in the customer service received from Booking.com as they have not assisted with this booking and also listing a property this disgusting is not what I would expect from them.

I could not sleep in the hotel and the money did not return! avoid this hotel!

There was too much noise during the night, one door squeaking every time someone opened it. I don’t know why there was so much in and out in the middle of the night.

When woke up in the morning and drove away.

Too many things to say so just trying to forget so won't traumatise remembering the visit. Years ago F1 hotels were okayish and cheap. Now neither.
