Hotel Alexandra

The staff was most amazing - they responded to our call late at night and arranged a room just in minutes after I complained that another location we had reserved ignored our calls and left us behind the closed doors for the night.Hotel Alexandra has got all travelers need: comfortable beds, easy access from the highway, excellent breakfast and car parking. Even more, it is an architecture and design pearl.I definitely recommend you to everyone.

The room was nice, location, STAFF is wonderful ?

NOISE! My room was facing the street. I couldn't sleep till midnight (trams passing by and the windows are like paper, zero soundproof) and from 6am they were collecting trash plus trams...The towels are also like paper, could be better qualityThe coffee for breakfast was cold and horrible taste

They attached two beds together and had a wood in between with no warning so we hurted ourselves , they don’t clean rooms when you are staying at the hotel even if you ask them. Breakfast was not worth the money( egged and one type of cheese) . The staff is racist and unfriendly

Situated right in the middle of the city, you have everything practically around the corner. Hotel is really nice inside, and the young woman working in the reseption, really stood up for a good welcome for us, with good info, and attitude making us feel GOOD!

The hotel has parking, which you must pay a few euros for. But, when you use it and want to go to the hotel, there are NO connection directly to hotel. You MUST go thru a door, and then down a dangerous stairway with your baggage. This for us, is enough that next time we will go to another hotel, with more comfortable entrance.

Unprofessional customer service

Hello Dear Booking Team, I want to complain about my stay at Hotel Alexandra!I booked through your website and the breakfast was included but the receptionist said I have to pay extra. the whole experience was unfriendly and the room was uncomfortable and they didn't offer the described list your Website listed for example the same receptionist said they don't have bathrobe and he didn't even bother to follow up .at the end he deducted the false amount of money from my card and I had to come back to correct the mistakes he wrote in the Receipt

Disappointing

Staff inpolite, Not well trained, they did Not take my questions seriously. Only one Lady was friendly and supportive.

It was wonderful to find comfortable beds after a long trip. We were impressed by the hotel's interior and style. A quiet area in the very center of the town.

Breakfast could have been better.

Location. Parking place. Very good breakfast.

Bugs in WC. Hotel staf didn't talk English and didn't even try. No welcome drink.

Central location, good connections, bathrooms had been modernised.

Weirdest Hotel ever. It's like you stepped back into the 70s - golden wallpaper, tacky chandeliers, so many gangly plants, furniture from the Titanic. Needs an overhaul to bring it into this century.

No chance to eat something in afternoon in hotel. Rooms were cold as radiator were off, however after few hours from making them on room temperature started to rise.

The staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was exceptional. The decor of the hotel was very nice.

The room was a little old.
