Parkhotel Plauen

The room was beautiful, comfortable and spacious - absolute recommendation!The breakfast was also good, except for the points stated below. The staff were also generally friendly and helpful all in all I would definitely visit again!

I started breakfast an hour before it finished, and already there were only four strips of bacon and two small sausages left. I witnessed at least 2 other guests ask the gentleman who ran the breakfast buffet to provide more - he said, he would, but then it did not happen. Agreeing to do something and then not doing it: that is not very gentlemanly in my view (It is a pity because he was very nice and helpful apart from that)

Breakfast was good. The location is very close to the city center. Room was very comfortable and well appointed.

There was no in-room coffee, so if you are an early riser, you have to make do.

Beautiful Villa , rooms are large and had all comfort, great Bathrooms, the Villa was build in the 1800’s inside all rooms had modern comfort. The staff was behind helpful. Also there outdoor dining in a park like setting , everything in walking distance to the city center. Plus the parking in the hotel was convenient . There was also a red light sauna for guest great to relax after a long flight

Everything was absolutely amazing. Such attention to detail. Spacious, very comfortable rooms. Good beds. Stellar breakfast. The restaurant in the hotel was also really good.

A beautifully appointed, traditional hotel with excellent standards of service. We enjoyed a superb dinner in their outside restaurant serving one of the best steaks I've ever enjoyed while my wife, a fish person, was similarly impressed!Breakfast was plentiful with a wide choice and very reasonably priced.Highly recommended!

No negatives whatsoever.

Very neat and beautiful room. A bit cramped but it had everything you needed. Facilities in the room were great.

Missing an elevator, not a deal breaker but when your room is on the third floor you wish you had it! An offer to carry the bags would have been nice especially because of having to climb the stairs. I would imagine it could be difficult for elderly and others

I can't nit-pick this place!

nothing l, it’s just a disappointment

no kettle but trying to charge €24 for 3 coffee and parking at the property. also booked with breakfast but charged for same. house had a fish smell, not clean either. meant to be “the house on the spot”

2nd time I stay here and hotel is a great place to go, special mention to the restaurant Chef whom is serving delicious meals, I recommend the fish plate, cooked at perfection !

The hotel is clean, the staff is speaking english and do your stay very pleasant, restaurant in the basement is offering a good choice of meals

unfortunately they did not fill up the bacon and other trays, so I recommend to go early for breakfast to get everything
