the checkin was automatic without staff, that was the first time expirience for me. and this is good, no wait time. it was right on a highway, easy to park and just have overnight on the road.

it was clean but somehow overall feeling was not comfy. the heating is via conditioner that was loud at night, but without it was cold.

It was clean and quiet.

The breakfast was only average. For those that are gluten free and carry our own bread anyway, simply having a toaster available would be nice.

This hotel is grotty!! There was no hot water on arrival nor morning of departure! This was reported to reception but they had no idea when a plumber would come to fix it! The hotel doesn’t look like it’s been decorated for 20 years! The pillows were useless but the mattress was ok. The small toilet light is useless as per previous comments. There are thick cobwebs over the lift doors on floor 2. The car park was good but that’s it. We should have drove off! The room floor must have been cleaned with chemicals that left us both with sore throat’s next morning. How does this place get any good reviews? It’s disgusting. Looking at other reviews it’s obvious it doesn’t get maintained until something goes wrong.

Convenience, comfortable, good parking

There was a drain smell in the room, we asked to change the room but they could not accommodate this as they were fully booked. The receptionist came to the room and said there was no smell ! Not a great experience after a long days driving.

Low budget - not much to expect, but still a bit disappointed

Beds were not stable (feet were almost broken), mattresses were not even.

The rooms were tiny and need cleaned and painted

It is a good place to have some sleep after a long drive , the beds are good and you can sleep well.

They can do better with cleaning and the breakfast was bad and I was not comfortable after it .

No shower curtain, floor all wet. Cold bathroom heat barely worked. WiFi did not work. No bedside table on my side.

The Delux room gives that extra space. The breakfast was a very good continental breakfast. Overall it was all you want and need for an overnight stay on your journey through France.

There was no milk with the tea and coffe in the room. We had to pay extra for that

We stayed in December hotel is at altitude Baltic outside but rooms warm.

A comfortable night in a convenient location. The location is ideal, right if the autoroute. We were welcomed and set up quickly. The restaurant on location was very good.

The room is a bit run down, though clean. There could be a bit more variety at breakfast. No vegan options.

Location was excellent, in an aire. Room was spacious with a huge window and great view. Good shower and towels. The restaurant was open and provided a good meal.

The automatic check in machine was broken

The Hotel was picked because of location, room OK good to see a table and 2 chairs, nice shower

N0 Reception open, had to track down staff, asked at cafe and the staff spoke very little English, eventually a man arrived took us to an Automatic check in machine which was not indicated, We went to the restaurant to check on the food, it looked like it was lunch time left overs, we checked the fridge for some white not a single bottle, had to be go to the shop and pay over the top, not impressed. The Hotel data sheet states Free toiletries no, only 2 small bars of soap, Also says Satellite TV only French channels, No coffee machine, Towels only large enough for children,

Close to motorway.

Shower in room was weird- had to remove a cockroach. Room was a bit tatty. That said, it was quiet and we slept well.
