The furniture remembers better days.

The gentleman who was on duty when we arrived was very accommodating, as were the other staff. The location and price were good for a cheap night's stay. The radiators worked well in the bedroom.

The property is very quaint but the remodeling to make it more modern is now very tired and old fashioned. One needed more electric lights in the bedroom and the light fittings that were used could have been a lot brighter and some were on an automatic on/off switch when you walked by which is not really necessary in the age of LED light bulbs inside the bedroom area.

Location was downtown, but away from noisy attractions. Room was clean, simple, had the basics. Nice sized bathroom. If it wasn't for the dislikes below, I'd stay there again.

I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR A QUIET ROOM AND GOT THE NOISIEST ONE - RIGHT NEXT TO THE STAIRS AND 1ST FLOOR HALLWAY. SERIOUSLY? I could hear everyone who came in late, left early & yapped while walking up the creaking stairway.TV remote didn't work. Thankfully I grew up having to go to the TV to change the channels, so not tragic, but it was a pain. No blackout curtains. Had to pull the thin curtains over & rig them to the wall with my handbag to not have the street lights shine on my face all night.

It's a bit of an old fashioned place and definitely bathroom is like 80' . Good thing is an garden to sit for a drink any time you want.

I thought we had breakfast included and it turned out it wasn’t the case, but that was my own mistake

The hotel is in the city centre. Called the receptionist to arrange the late check-in. He was very nice and polite, answered all the questions, and gave clear instructions. Check-out in the morning is fast and easy.The room is tidy and in good condition. The bathroom is fully furnished and has enough space to place personal things.

The room was large and quiet. The location is very nice in a quiet square next to a former town gate. The check-in process was straight forward, even though it's necessary to call a phone number once you reach the entrance.

The beer garden looked like it's closed most of the time, but there are eating options in the surroundings. The breakfast was good, containing cheese, vegetables, and ham, but there was nothing warm, like eggs or sausages.

When reaching after 6 p.m the person has to call a number to get a code to open the safe to get key. It is very difficult for foreigner as my phone does not work. I had to ask someone on the road to call the number to get my room.key. It would have been good if the code could be sent via email.

Very good service, clean rooms and friendly staff.

The room was generous with kitchen fully equipped . Bathroom was large with nice shower cabin and lot of space. The view was fantastic.

The cleanliness of the rooms. I had a cobweb on the door of my room last time I checked in and the room was a little dusty as well.The Owner of the Hotel is very unfriendly over the phone every time we talk and noticed it after a few interactions with him that I don’t want to go into details here for. And last time I tried to book a room and made a request to check in earlier than 14:00 he sent me a message telling me that if I want to check in early then I have to book also the day before I check in even though I regularly go to the hotel and the staff never made it a problem for me to check in earlier since I come to visit my child and the child is usually with me at check in. so I canceled my stay. Even though the location and staff are nice I don’t think I will book at the hotel ever again because of him.

Everything is good, they have good food the rooms are alweys clear and the place is close to bank and the supermarket also buss station.Also the people who work there are so frendly and good.:)

The internet is slow so i cant speak with my family good and there is always problrm about the internet.:(

the Hotel is located in the historical city center which is very central. everything is within a 10-15 minutes walking distance. The check in was very easy and also they didn’t mind for a late check out when I asked for it. the breakfast buffet was really good as well and the staff was very friendly. There was also a mix up with the booking so I was upgraded to a bigger room with no additional costs, which I found very nice of them.
