Pros +
- Clean modern rooms. Located directly across from the train station.
- Good location, breakfast is ok; staff are very nice and speaks good English
- Friendly service, simple but good breakfast, possible to have early breakfast, comfortable bed and good location.
Cons -
- Room is a bit small and had no elevator
- shower, slow to get warm water.
- This is an old school place, have the feeling that the last refurbishment was sometimes in the 1990s. No AC, no kitchen and terrible noise from the train station and the buses stopping in front of the hotel.

The location was central to visiting other places- The staff were very friendly and the gentleman at the reception was very helpful and his personality alone made our stay there very enjoyable
I liked being located close to the train station, the friendly gentleman at the reception and lots of variety at breakfast.
The staff is super.

Staff friendly, breakfast was good and location for the railway station was perfect, just across the road. I was in Arnstadt to visit "Lokschuppen Arnstadt" which was a little over ten minutes walk away. So all in all perfect
Nothing really, it would have been nice to have the hotel restaurant open for an evening meal, but I was given a map with local restaurants marked up, so not a major issue.
Best location. The breakfast was good and the room is clean and big. The pesonal are nice and kindly
good location and nice staff!!!!
wifi a little bit poor
The building itself has a traditional look but our room was a bit sparse. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, excellent continental breakfast. The hotel is about 15 min walk from the old town which did not bother us. Would happily stay again.
Friendly staff, nice location, large room, it was a perfect stay!
Actually nothing
Room size, bad size, silence.
breakfast was not good
Staff were excellent, helpful in explaining the menu, providing information about the area or simply engaging in conversation.Food, both morning and evening, was very good in terms of variety and quality.

Neat & clean, wonderful staff that goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Would stay here again. Great restaurant with bar, great buffet breakfast included with room. Free parking in their lot & free WiFi
Everything was perfect
The atmosphere was nice and the location was good.
The wifi did not work properly on the second floor which caused problems since this was a business trip and wifi was needed.
