Hotel Alekto

Good location, clean. Bathtubs. With prepaid breakfast and earlier departure personal kindly prepared a lunchbox

Very clean and comfortable room (106), good wifi, easy parking, nice 5 min walk to old town, excellent breakfast

The outside uplights of the building could not be blocked by the curtains so very bright in the room. Not comfortable when going to sleep.

Big room, ample parking lot

No reception at 5.30 PM, old furniture, not a four stars hotel

Convenient location, large and clean rooms, friendly staff who speaks English well.

Nothing to mention.

The hotel has it’s own big parking, clean big rooms, good breakfast.

Beds are not comfortable, mattresses are very soft and move off to the side. Breakfast must be till 10:00, we came at 9:40 and the waitress said - we are not allowed to eat in the restaurant (it was big and absolutely empty!) and we were moved to lobby low table with all our plates and cups and ate there…it was absolutely disgusting, because in all reputable hotels guests are allowed to eat breakfast even AFTER 10:00 in the restaurant, just - no new food appears. And in our case - it was 20 min of our legal time till the closing of the breakfast and we could be in time with our breakfast INSIDE. So, this is absolutely inappropriate.

Breakfast was very good, staff was friendly and eager to help, room was spacious and thoroughly clean. Hotel with a long tradition - not just due old photos but in the noble sense of the word.

Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean, spacious rooms. Big free parking. Would recommend!

That the check-in, could be latter than 20:00 hours.

Good breakfast, helpful staff, nice and clean room, strong wifi.

The bed felt hot below my body (I stayed in the summer).

Great breakfast and very friendly staff

Spiders in my room

Great breakfast. All professionally managed.

The curtains do not block the bright light in the morning, so one wakes up early. Proper blinds would do a better job.

Breakfast was perfectfriendly staff, solved all problems

Breakfast was great; Convenient location;

Poor Wifi at the room. Staffs bit arrogant.

Disappointing

My colleague decided due to a chance of plans not to stay a 2nd night. However, the hotel insisted in having him paid also that 2nd night and showed no willingness to find a solution such as a voucher for another visit - even though the hotel was definitelely not full that day and despite the fact that he informed the hotel about this change of plans already early in the afternoon (2.30pm). This is NOT what I call customer-friendly!Also all hotel interior - including my room - were VERY cold - no heating on at all despite the very high tariff I paid!

Breakfast was nice.

The room is not as big as it is shown in the photo. Pillow is too high and the duvet is too small.

1) Location2) Room size3) Cleanliness and comfort.

Price could've been a bit lower

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and varied in a lovely setting.

I liked everything.

The breakfast were exceptionally good, and the staff at breakfast were very helpful and pleasant. I also value the convenient parking.

The Internet connection was poor, and I wish there were an English TV channel such as CNN. The only English channel I could find was Bloomberg Financial.

The location and the room size

Don t have

Very good

Just too warm blankets for the summer.Dull view from the window to the inner atrium.
