Superb property in the heart of the village. Tastefully decorated and superb service

A bit of a maize to get to the rooms

Superb small hotel, charming and luxuriously finished. Staff very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I thought the restaurant was overrated - but no flaws with the hotel.

Everything. Location, view from bar patio, staff’s help with booking wine tastings and dinners, room size, etc.

A bit hard to navigate to if with car, but once you find it, it has easy parking for valet - it was Google’s fault for taking down some very narrow and dead end streets!

Fab place to stay. Beautiful location, gorgeous room which just exudes quality and luxury. Friendly staff - special thanks to Kate who looked after us at breakfast. Also the valet and reception staff who were so smiley and so helpful! It is expensive but once you've committed might as well enjoy it! It was perfect for a treat for us and I'd love to visit again. The Bistro for dinner was absolutely delicious and amazing with our young children.

Maybe some more options for complimentary tea in the bedroom? The only option was green tea for us. Minor, minor thing!

Everything was wonderful, staff was more than helpful and kind, and the views and dining were excellent.

Staff were amazing- so helpful and courteous. Room was really nice and position of hotel is outstanding. The Gastro restaurant was a great experience.

Breakfast was disappointing. No swimming Pool.

I got the junior suite in the village house an annex from the main building. I belive that the building is very old but tasfully renovated. The two building is connect through 2 beutiful garden walk way. The room is huge and comes with lots of window with different view of surrounding village. it also has dirrect access to the village street. All the staff that i meet are cheerful and helpful.

Parking area are a little far away as there are some renovation going on when we are there. Not sure if that is normal.

EXCEPTIONAL property! We splurged for our wedding anniversary and do not regret one second (or Euro) for the stay. This hotel is so beautiful, the room was luxury and comfortable at the same time. Hotel deck view of the entire St. Emilion town with privacy and not to mention the Michelin Star restaurant (and Bistro which was also delicious at a more affordable price). Valet parking for our car included. Just cannot say enough goodness about this memorable experience!

Not one thing could have been better. Exceeded our expectations. Sad to leave the property after our 3 night stay!

stunning location, stunning property, our suite was amazing. the bathroom was sooo great. we loved it

very very little. only small grumbles were sone teething problems with the room, that was newly built - eg the kettle socket didn’t work and took 2 days to fix. the terrace door was difficult to lock as newly painted. but that’s literally it - everything else was perfect and the staff couldn’t do enough for you.

Location was amazing and entire place is so gorgeous

Staff is very unfriendly. They were 30 mins late in picking up our luggage. We had them picked up bec it involved 2 different elevators and multiple steps and my husband had a slip disc. despite scheduling this the day before, it wasn’t done and I didn’t get an apology from the receptionist. Instead she says “you won’t miss your train” very coyly. We had to rush to get to the train station with our rented car.

    Breakfast very expensive

Hotel Pavie is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff. It is location central of St Emilion Village. The views from this location were stunning. They have a beautiful large open terrace overlooking the town square. There is also a 2 star Michelin restaurant in the hotel that was wonderful.

I know the hotel and restaurant are separate but, I do wish we could have had Pavie wine as a part of our pairing with the dinner. . Other than that it was all perfect!
