Location, spacious rooms, good breakfast with lots of choices

Lack of AC and elevator

Loved the quiet room and country setting. The restaurant was wonderful, good dinner and breakfast choices!

There is no elevator and our room was on the third floor, so it was a long haul with suitcases!

Quite a big hotel. No problems with late (after 21:00) arrival. Rooms are not brand new but in good condition. Comfy bed, spacious room. Everything for bathroom was there. Plenty of parking space. Great buffet breakfast. The only drawback is weak WiFi signal.All in all it's a perfect place for those who travels by car and needs a stop during the journey.

It is a little gem. Great value for money.The breakfast was fair, not a spectacular one but complet. The actual restaurant facility is fantastic with interior columns and old style decoration!Staff were exceptionally friendly.Just only one remark, they only have one charging station they should invest in more.

The location near the autobahn is the reason why we picked this hotel. The restaurant on property is a bonus. The staff is friendly. There is lots of parking. Many tasty food options at breakfast. The room has everything we needed for one night.

Nothing material. Didn't have to pay for parking on my first visit which was a bit of a surprise this time

Good location and convenient stay when travel. Breakfast was good and fresh as always but I think is less choices as was before. Kind stuff and easy to communicate. Big rooms and good size of bathroom.

The third bed ( made from sofa) was not really comfortable also insufficient amount of soap. Breakfast didn't offer alternative to cow milk and there was no bacon ( which a bit upset my husband)..sorry to say but I think they reduced assortment and variety of food .

The breakfast was very good and a very large selection. Everything was fresh and delicious.

No refrigerator or small coffee machine or hot water kettle in the room. I was also surprised that it was all carpeted.

Spacious room, not so noisy even though it was near the road.

The bathtub. It was difficult to shower because there was nowhere to hang the shower head. Our room was quite dark, it was impossible to read a book.

Beautiful serene location, excellent breakfast and fantastic restaurant for dinner.

The breakfast was OK, the bartender girl was very nice and caring, but that's all of good news.... the hotel itself is old and smelly, and the attic room smells cigarettes and mold. No greeter, no clear sings at the property... check-in is at the BAR at the different building...I had to find out it by running around in the rain... there are no available parking spots near the hotel because all the restaurant people park there and there is no room to turn around if you stuck there...if you park at a lower level, there is a little bit of walking to your hotel with your luggage.. keep in mind that you will be charged 5 euro parking extra for this "convenience" ... ?

Not big fan of 80' hotels ?

Perfect, quiet location, close to the highway exit. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Plenty of free parking. The restaurant next door was very convenient. The ambiance, food, and the service were awesome. Very good breakfast.

The room was clean, but it smelled like kerosene, paint or oil. We had to keep a window open at night.

The location is perfect for a stop-over during a longer trip or to visit Eisenach, as it is a few kilometres off the highway and from the city centre. Very quiet place surrounded by green hills and hiking trails.Large rooms and a very good breakfast.

The rooms and some of the equipment are a bit outdated, but this is a historical place so it did not really bother us.

This property are surrounded with nature. Parking lot is just in the front yard of Hotel. Dining room is very nice with magnificent stone pillars and the quality of breakfast is excellent.

That was just one night stop on the way to other destination. In general, peaceful place that offers you comfortable sleep and good breakfast. The place fulfilled my expectations and needs.

Rooms were clean, large, comfortable. Restaurant was very good.

Charging for parking. Vast lot was empty, just seemed picayune to charge for parking.

Good breakfast, playground for kids. Rooms and bathrooms are clean.

Unfortunately the water was yellowish, muddy, very unpleasant to wash yourself with it.

Nice and quiet location close to Eisenach. I stayed for one night and the hotel offers a good breakfast and dinner serving local dishes. Also, there is plenty of parking space available and the WiFi was reliable. Kind staff too!
