Pros +
- The bed was superb
- The hotel is an easy 10-minute walk from the train station and is well located in the old city. The view from the front of the hotel is very pretty and the interior of the hotel has an old-fashioned, pleasing look. The staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful.
- Location close to the train station and gym.
Cons -
- Felt uncomfortable not knowing German and I almost fell getting out of the bathtub/shower
- Charged €5 for a bottle of tap water. I know that unlike in Ireland and the UK, tap water in Germany isn't free, but this is a joke.

Central location in Eisenach, amazing breakfast, very polite and helpful staff.
Location is excellent, the building is well maintained, breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful.
The beds are way too soft.
Beautiful hotel in the centre of Eisenach, conveniently located with well outfitted room and friendly staff.
I did not see any information on booking.com about the wonderful sauna they have. It was a nice surprise and cost 5 euros! A gift.
Location was perfect, close to the main station and main attractions. Many restaurants around the hotel so you don't need to walk much to get food. The rooms were big and clean, same as the bathrooms.
The beds could be renewed. They were a bit worn.
Location, room, breakfast, cleanliness and atmosphere were fantastic!
One small thing: the pillows were flat.
Comfortable and stylish room. Good breakfast. Good restaurant.

Location of the hotel is excellent. The room was clean and tidy, everything was good. On-site parking is convinient.
Our room was on the first floor and all we could see from our window was a wall. The bathroom had a really strong smell of mold even though it was well cleaned.
Very good location. Splendid hotel with friendly staff. Great breakfast. Onsite parking available.
There is no kettle in the room.
