It is beautiful

When you take a shower it floods the floor. They did not provide separate shampoo and conditioner for the hair. It’s just one wash for body, shampoo, and conditioner

No minibar in the room (important for us) although mentioned in the room features. No air condition working No liquid soap at the sink only a tinny solid one which was not renew after the first night.Tthe hotel expect that the client should wash hands anf face with body lotion... Stupid ...No Shower but only bath very difficult and even dangereus getting in and out. Our room location worst of the hotel. We paid for a 5 star hotel de luxe room but got a back yard terrase with trucks suppliers 5 meter from us on the parking plot level while we wanted to dink a cofee at the terrase. No elevator to attend the dining room and reception at a higher floor. Very bad experience for an expensive five stars hotel. Not recomended.

We have a room with a bath tub, not a shower. It did not have enough handles to grip on and is very slippery inside and outside as well. I slipped and fell and hurt my self. The bathtub is very high so if you are short or older it would be a problem. It has to be replaced with showers. Very hazardous and unsafe bathroom. Manager in the spa is not very pleasant. We tried to ask her to bend 1 hour/ person free spa rule a little as we were a group of four. And hotel was empty but she did not agree on any compromise. Come on, serious?!

Amazing property overlooking the Dordogne river and valley . Suite was amazing with big terrace overlooking the view . Staff very helpful providing great recommendations . Breakfast was good , dinner was nice but too complex for our taste .

Amazing suite (Louise 141), room for 4, nice furnishings, nice pool, beautiful views, excellent private outdoor space.

Nice to have a toilet in main floor, but only one sink on second floor. Need to wash hands after using toilet. Also need to fill coffee pot from second floor sink. Full kitchen table, but no way to prepare a snack.

Spotless Clean, lovely location, beautiful grounds and decor. Staff was helpful making sure we were comfortable.

The breakfast was over priced at 28 euros per person

Beautiful and comfortable. Excellent location for access to the sights in the area. It is humbling to sit on the veranda knowing that you are dining where France’s nobility once sat and enjoyed the same view of the river and the gentle countryside.

The property was beautify and the locating was great. The dinner was vry good as well as the breakfast.

The bartender made the incorrect drink several time. We and and other guest order Aperol Spritz and were served Camperi spritz. Also there was only one selection of beer.

Wonderful, comfortable room and balcony, excellent bed. A very relaxing spa pool.Delicious brunch with original, imaginative elements.A great way to celebrate a birthday! The staff were very kind and friendly.The grounds are beautiful and well groomed.

Some aspects of the building/s might need some very minor maintenance.

Fabulous property, loved everything about it.

Restaurant was closed on two out of our three nights there and no room service available nor snacks in the bar. This meant leaving the hotel or staying hungry.

The staff was excellent, free parking, good breakfast. Spa pool was nice.

Shower was in a tub with a half clear door, water was leaking over the floor. With the status of the hotel, shower should have been a walk in.

Everything was amazing. The building is very beautiful, all the staff nice and helpful. We especially were happy with breakfast.

Beautiful location in the Dordogne countryside. Attractive complex with French country character. The staff throughout the facility were superb. Very good breakfast in a lovely sunny room. Beautiful outdoor pool and relaxing indoor pool. Comfortable bar space with adjoining terrace with fabulous view. Spacious room and, in our case, adjoining outdoor terrace with table and seating, close to the pool.

Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. There are tiny details that are a little rough around the edges -- not fully up to 5-star expectations. But, all in all, a successful stay.

Luxurious and rather ‘classy’. Beautifully decorated and modern facilities. Peaceful pool area. Golf course adjacent to the hotel. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Plenty of free parking a bonus. Le Wedge restaurant very good.

not the quality that you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

The gym was empty, all equipment been removed. You had to pay 30€ additional to access the internal swimming pool.

The building, gardens and pool are really nice, the view is enjoyable

The bathroom hardware definitely requires an update, the service at the bars and restaurants could have been better

As a recommendation I would make sure the hotel rooms have a shower holder (now you have a bath but nothing to attach the shower to so you need to hold it yourself).
