There was couple individuals from stuff that were amazing they always great

Do not use the laundry service they lost half of my stuff never did anything to solve the problem. The maids even accuse me of lying even I show them pictures of me wearing some of the items during my staying. Plus they charge Me a lot for the service

The staff was very friendly and room was well prepared for my arrival. The location was very central, if the hotel restaurant was not open, there were a lot of options in the area. I would book again for future visits.

Traditional hotel in the centre of city. Very nice, clean and comfortable. I will back there, when I will travel trough Poland.

Friendly stuff. Had dinner which was amazing and also even close to a main road it was fairly quiet.

The convenient location and the flexibility of offering breakfast earlier than the normal hours. The cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom has been renovated and offers everything what is needed.

It's an old building and the ground floor ( entrance, reception and restaurant) are in needs of refurbishment. I couldn't find any electrical socket close to the bed, just one socket near the tea making facility. In my mind this is a poor standard.. I loud mechanical noise coming from somewhere inside the hotel, prevented me to fall a sleep. The view from the room was nice, however overlooking a busy road caused that I had to sleep with closed window, and it was to hot for me. I don't think there hotel offer a good value for money.

Nice, unpretentious tourist hotel in the centre of Slupsk, about 15 mins walk from the railway station. Having stayed there before I noticed some improvements: an elevator was added, and bathroom enhanced. The staff was very kind, the breakfast is normally served from 7 am, but with my early departure they opened the breakfast buffet after 6 am. Much appreciated..

Everything was perfect. Family historical hotel with very professional, friendly and polyglot reception staff.We had the opportunity to meet the whole family of the descendants of the Brewer since XVIII, Mr. Franciszkańskie, that has now moved to Koszalin to brew his last beer before retiring. Thanks for everything!

Over paid, better prices calling or by email and speaking directly with hotel staff in Polish / English and mentioning that you stayed there before. They check and if true, person gets a discount.

Staff of the Piast Hotel superb, very helpful, informed, good breakfast overall very pleasant stay.

The staff at Piast is absolutely wonderful. They are friendly, helpful, patience, and did I mention friendly?! It is always a pleasure to stay with them at the hotel when I am in town for business. Nice breakfast options.

Nice hotel on the roundabout. Centrally located, beautiful room with a lovely balcony.Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice.

In the summer it can get quite hot. An air conditioner is not superfluous. Unfortunately this one was not there.

We just stayed here for 1 night and we were so tired we didn't really have time to explore the options. But everything was nice for our 1 night. We were on the 3rd floor and lucky for us they had en elevator ?. The hotel has a restaurant inside, but we did not get to try. The hotel is right in the downtown area, so it is within walking distance to everything.

Construction on rear of hotel limited parking on occasion. However, the staff were eventually able to resolve the parking issue. They were extremely helpful. The construction is only temporary.
