    Pros +

    • Location was perfect. Staff at office, beach, parking, and restaurant are seriously the best humans. Food and drinks at restaurant were delicious and reasonably priced.
    • Not at all like the picture displayed. Old place. My shower handle was broken, cocking around shower rusty. Coffee pot nasty. Hair dryer mounts to the wall poorly done. I don't know if it was just the unit we were given or what. I won't be going back.
    • Arrived and were told the resort was closed. So taken aback by lack of support staff. Jerome was great and helped as he could.

    Cons -

    • Room was perfectly clean, towels and bedding new. Everything in very good repair but a bit dated decor - would recommend new paint color and updated wall decor. Each unit is individually owned and rented when owner away. Other units more current decor.
    • Read above.
    • A lot of construction and maintenance. Workers outside our room, etc.

The view and the ocean front location.

Sofa pull out had an extremely thin mattress and you could feel all the springs. I had to sleep on it with out pulling out the mattress because it was so uncomfortable.

I left one night before, so I would like my refund of one night less.Nothing was included, too expensive for what the resort offers.

The oceanfront location and ocean view cannot be beat. Grounds were well maintained, the front office was very helpful. Loved having an onsite restaurant. The beach chairs and umbrellas were great quality.

The construction next door was loud and annoying, as well as an eyesore. We were misled about the noise when I phoned to inquire. Jackhammers, drills and shouting were pretty much the norm. Our unit was quite dated, the dishwasher racks were rusting and the cabinets had a foul smell inside. It could definitely use updating.

Ocean views and just steps away from the ocean. A coral reef right there to do snorkeling and lounge chairs and umbrellas provided. The Somewhere bar and grill is right there too which made it convenient to get lunch and drinks. I highly recommend this condo and will definitely be back!

    Nothing that I didn’t like.

Right on the Beach! Clean facilities and great staff! Love this place!

Fantastic location on Grace Bay, the room was fantastic with a great view.

Food down at the restaurant was just okay with an inattentive staff.

    10MartyPosted on: 1-19-2025

Even with the construction next door it was very quiet. The view of the water was the best. Many restaurants close by.

Providenciales needs to allow Uber and Lyft. Taxis were ok.

The property was fantastic. It felt tucked away and private and very well kept!

My only complaint is that it’s not within walking distance to any shops or restaurants other than Indigo- which was exceptional.

Location beach, layout of units, resident cat! Beautiful snorkeling right in front. Staff was great too!

Construction next door--we were warned, but they seemed to be jack-hammering concrete 6-7 days per week. Hopefully will end soon .

Room was nice. Kitchen was nice. Little patio area was nice as well. Beach and water were great. Construction was constant loud and annoying.

    Loud construction next door

There was no breakfast provided. Breakfast at the restaurant "Somewhere" was the only good food at any meal. The reef just off the beach was pretty good.

It was not a hotel. It was individual condos rented by a management company. There was no lobby, no elevator or bell boys, or concierge. The office was pretty dingy and they were not helpful. There were many lovely hotels nearby and this was the worst property in The Bight.Worst of all was the very loud construction noise next door; only about 200 feet away from our unit. Went on for about 10 hours a day. We anticipated some noise from next door construction, but this was way beyond our worst expectation. We only found out about it AFTER we booked when most properties were full.Really no activities organized by the condos. They told you to look on the internet which was not very helpful or comprehensive. Apparently most properties have concierge staff who are familiar with what is available and know the operators. The on site restaurant was terrible. Lousy Tex-Mex.I would strongly advise against someone booking this place. We'll never never go back!

the view was excellent from the 3rd floor. We took room 2302 and it was awesome. I love the airconditioning and the ammenities!!!

    No phone for emergency

    Clean, close to beach

The bed in room 4301 is too high, need a step stool to get no in bed. Otherwise the property was great!

The location was terrific. The property was clean and comfortable. Having a kitchen and a washer and dryer in the unit was useful. Management and staff members were helpful and friendly. We saved time and money by eating our breakfasts and lunches in the apartment, but having a restaurant right there when you needed a quick bite or drink was convenient.

The unit we stayed in (2112) was good, but definitely due for some updates and repairs (sliding glass door to patio very hard to open and close, dishwasher falling apart, some furniture worn). Bedroom very light at night. Just FYI - Details for this apartment varied depending on where the info came from - it is two bedrooms (one king, one smaller bed), 2 1/2 baths.

The resort is well located on the beach right in front of a protected reef so the snorkeling was excellent. It is about a two mile on the beach into town which we did daily but a little far to just go whenever. The rooms are spacious and clean. Because they are individually owned they differed from room to room. It was nice to have the restaurant on the beach. Very friendly staff.

The resort really didn't have amenities. It would have been nice to have a coffee shop or a sundry store, gym, etc. There was a pool but most guests seemed to spend their time on the beach.

Large, individually owned units. We rented two of them - one was much more updated than the other. The staff was helpful especially the beach staff. Each day they secured umbrellas and chaise lounges for us on the beach. The front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful, although they do have limited hours. We enjoyed having the Bight Reef directly in front of us and the Somewhere Cafe was a bonus to have as well.

Although we knew what we signed up for, it would have been nice to have a gym, small coffee shop and a couple of other amenities on the property. Although we had not planned to, we ended up renting a car as most restaurants that we had made reservations at were not walking distance and the taxi's were not as convenient as we were expecting.

The location was perfect. The Somewhere restaurant was nice to have on property. Being located on the beach was a very nice amenity vs having to walk or drive to a public beach access. The room was everything we wanted… kitchen, 2 bathrooms, ocean view and they offered housekeeping every other day. The housekeepers do such a fantastic job!! And don’t forget the snorkeling that’s right out in front of Coral Gardens!! It’s a must see and do!!
